I ordered a Tommie Copper bra from…

I ordered a Tommie Copper bra from them. When I finally got HSN on the phone the representative said you have to call them. I said that doesn't make sense? You sold me the product. Thankfully, Tommie Copper's CS responded. We can't do that you purchased it from HSN. What is frustrating is I just wanted an exchange. HSN's sizing chart was off. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Frustrated I got ripped off.

Ordered the women making history qtr False Guarantee

Ordered the women making history qtr series. HSN for some reason skipped the 2023 Edith Kanaka’ole and
Jovita Ldar qtr. Now the collection series is not complete, they did the same thing on the Native American series couple of years ago. HSN states as a member of Autoship Program you are guaranteed to receive the entire 20 coin series, better of shopping on E Bay. Thanks HSN.

Tried to sign up to use their $40…

Tried to sign up to use their $40 discount on my first purchase. I filled out the app. and completed my order but never got my discount!

l called customer service and they said my credit app was disapproved and right then cancelled my order and hung up on me. I have a 826 credit score. I just reported this scam to the BBB. My next email gos to the PA Attorneys General, then my congress person. I don't Like being scamed. Lets GO!

HSN hates new customers and lies to them

I agree to sign up as a new customer in exchange for receiving text messages and emails. In exchange for this agreement I am provided with a 15% discount, then when you try and use it they say sorry can't use the discount code, what a scam. Nothing more than bait and switch. DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN!

HSN customer service not honoring website price glitch

Around 8pm on Tues 1/16, I attempted to order item #859-971 on the HSN website that was being featured as "today's special" of $44.98 (NOTE: I remember the hosts were wearing black outfits. Guess that was the "color of the day"?)

Because I didn't know the correct size of the item for me, I left it in my cart and went back to it the next day (12:00 noon Wed 1/17) with the intention of completing my purchase. No problem, right? WRONG!

I got distracted then and by the time I was able to log into my HSN account again, it was 11:30pm Wed evening (1/17). What I VERY DISTINCTLY REMEMBERED at that time was that the price of the item was STILL showing the "today's special" price of $44.98 (regularly $99.98) every time I went to the website's main page and typed in the item number. By then, it was almost 24 hrs. AFTER the item had been featured as "today's special" and shown front and center on the website's main page.

What I ALSO very distinctly remember at that time was that at the top of the item's page there was a "sale price timer clock" counting down the number of hours before the sale ended. This would indicate that as of 11:45pm on Wed 1/17, the item could still be purchased at the SALE PRICE (I captured a screen shot of this price with a time stamp of 12:25am Thurs 1/18).

FINALLY, at 12:40am Thurs 1/18 I was set to place my order and when I tried to do so, the system kept reverting to the non-sale price of $99.98 when I was in check out mode. However, the item was STILL listed with the sale price when I searched for the item from the main page and got to the item's page.

I called HSN's Customer Service line, explained this situation and the woman said (and I quote) "I'm surprised this happened because the sale price for that item ended on TUES the 16th)". I then asked to speak to someone who could better explain the error, but was told by the CSR that there was no one I could speak to, no place to send the screen shot of my attempted order with time/date stamp, and nothing she could do because it was "above her pay grade". WOW!!! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing!

QVC, here I come!!! :-)

P.S. Here's the Youtube video of the exact show I watched Tues evening with proof (in the title) that the show aired early morning on Wed AND the sale price was still available then. It's titled "Radiance by Absolute Jewelry 01.17.2024 - 02 am"

I've been tuned into HSN now for several months. I was enjoying it, but a little bothered with their aggressive selling platform. I bought a few things and have been satisfied. One night I liked a Marla Wynne sweater. I had just downloaded the HSN app a few days prior. Went to purchase the sweater, but something happened on the app, and i thought it did not go through, so I did it again and it went through. Next day I see that both charges went through and I called to cancel one. Told I would have had to cancel the same day as purchase. The gal i spoke to said she would deduct the $3.50 shipping and she gave me the Conf number of the sweater which i would be returning. So a few days later the sweaters arrive. I take the slip out of the package that is for returns, get the sweater that has the correct confirmation number, and take it to the post office. I was not asked for any money and I was given a receipt, which, MY BAD, I lost. I have called twice and actually told the same thing, that the package did not make it back, I should have paid for the shipping (it was scanned and no one asked me for money) so HSN could not prove that i was not LYING. They said they could have sent the wrong label (this is my fault??). I should contact the post office because it's probably in a bend with no postage and no return address). Wasnt the package addressed to HSN?? So as of now, 3 weeks or so - I am out the money which was more than I usually spend $63.49 for one sweater.

EXUBERANTLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

The Online Process was so simple, user friendly and fast.
The Product I choose was a first time purchase for me and ETA was for January 12, 2024. Surprise, it arrived on January 9, 2024. Which was A Welcomed arrival.

The Product was just as advertised
I used it today as directed and I am extremely grateful I made this purchase. HSN is a name I have come to trust because of their Integrity Consistency and Great Value for Top Brand Products.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 97%=GREAT
As an online shopper I prefer USPS
Delivery. This Product was Delivered by UPS which is sometimes an issue for me because they Delivery to my Neighborhood so late in the day but finally arrived at 6pm.

Stay away from HSN

Stay away from HSN. It’s astonishing how this company is still in business. This happened to me twice within a year, ordered a laptop and selected Flex pay, was not approved for Flex pay but these filthy, degenerate HSN crooks debited my card for the first payment anyway! And that was before I clicked submit order, and the Flex pay not approved. I immediately called customer service and demanded the funds be put back in my bank account. No problem there, the charge was credited back to my account the next morning. This is a terrible way of doing business and HSN should be abolished for their horrible business practices. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER order from them.

CHEATING GOING ON!

CHEATING GOING ON!! Watched live and ordered box of cosmetics totaling 16 items the sales lady kept making a point about what a good buy. Checked description of items IN WRITING ON SITE BEFORE ORDERING TO BE SURE. Then I placed order. Only 9 OF 16 items came in box when I received. Called and they said the sales lady spoke wrong. SHE DID NOT SOEAK WRONG. WITH HER DESCRIPTION SHE TOOK EACH ITEM OUT OF THE BOX AND BAG WHERE WE COLD SEE THEM AND SHE DESCRIBED EACH ITEM. THIS IS A WRONG REPRESENTATION OF THE SALE OR IN MY BOOK IT IS CALLED JUST PLAIN CHEATING. AND THEY WONT MAKE IT GOOD. JUST ARE SAYING SORRY. IT IS WRONG!!. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING FROM HSN AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I THINK THEY HAVE LEARNED THEY CAN JUSY SAY SORRY AND GO ON ABOUT THEIR DAY. Bought a pre-lit tree (American Tree…

Bought a pre-lit tree (American Tree and Wreath) through HSN in July(Christmas in July sale ) set it up on Nov. 26, 2023, lights worked fine for 1 week, now nothing. Called their CS dept. the guy that answered the phone made it sound like it was a scammer with the way he spoke and acted very disinterested. Told me I have to go through manufacturer as they have a 2 yr. Warranty on lights, the tree is pre lit how can you fix the lights on a pre lit tree. I bought the tree from HSN and now I won’t have a tree come Christmas.

Nike Motiva Walking Trainers cause problems

I bought two pairs of the new Nike Motiva walking trainers for my friend but she was not happy with them as they were all advertising hype and no substance.

The thick foam was very soft and did not support the foot at all creasing very badly. This lack of support left her in a lot of discomfort.

She took the shoes to a podiatrist and was told that they should not be worn as they gave her no support at all as the foam was giving way and not assisting her to walk “level”.

I have no idea who tests new products but clearly in this case they failed their simple task.

When trying to add a debit card from my bank that has all my money in it , to pay for my flex order, it will not allow me to add that card and to call for help. I hate f calling and listening to automated bs. Their website needs help and you can tell by the reviews something is really wrong

I never received my order from…

I never received my order from HSN-Hetdenl. I ordered the suitcase for a surprise birthday party. I paid for it and never received it. They gave me a tracking number and the tracking number says it was delivered. I sent three emails and never received a response. I’m out $44 and very disappointed.

Scam! Fraud! Multiple emails that are flagged

I ordered 4 oversized dog beds for humans and spent $69 from rpseieau. When I tried to find a tracking #, I was taken to a fake HSN site. After 15+ email exchanges with some vague shipping info and their sincerest apologies, I received 1 pair of cheap, plastic sunglasses. They admitted their "shippers mistakenly took" my items! Still no refund. Now they want me to pay to ship the sunglasses back and they "might" process a refund. Sunglasses are wln9t even worth a regular stamp. Told them I was reporting them to BBB, AG, & law enforcement and asked me not to do so. They also emailed me from rpseieau.com & watebed.com
