Yuck, what's that smell?!

I bought sheets. They showed up. They smelled awful. The smell couldn't be washed out. Customer service agreed to waive the standard return fee. Disappointing, but fine.

Then I went to the product page to review to save other people the hassle. Turns out HSN doesn't let people who use "guest checkout" review products. Translation: all the reviews on the HSN website come from a small subset of customers, most of whom who regularly patronize HSN. A choice deliberately made by HSN. Skewed much?

Pretty sleazy experience from start to finish: skewed reviews, disgusting product, standard return fee. HSN should be ashamed of itself. Decades ago it was a company with pride.

25+ year customer

25+ year customer, will no longer buy from them. Their website is horrendously awful and their app is even worse. The "request desktop site" doesn't work. So they have now lost my business.

Worst marketplace ever!

I ordered a magic bullet and they cancelled my order. Then I call them and they said that the order was linked to fraud without any explanation or any other information and that I should contact their verification department. I contact them and they did not give any explanation. They hang out the phone. Please do not buy anything in this disgusting website.

We ordered two shirts months ago - never received - they claimed they resent - never received and they said oh it was delivered and signed for - bull....
I asked for a refund and oh they can only refund 60% - why is that - we never received one item from them - this is not a very good way to do business - in fact don't do business with them ever....

HSN has been a better experience for…

HSN has been a better experience for me. I read some of the reviews. I have only had problems with electronics from them. Now to be fair not all electronics. The Bose speaker I ordered works with only minor problems. The tablet and phone charger jump starter, I do not recommend. The tablet never holds a charge and will not stay connected to the internet. The headphones that came with it are dollar store quality. It has a keyboard I cannot use because the screen will not rotate. The volume is very low. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this device. The jump stater is useless. I spent hundreds of dollars on these devices. The Bose speaker isn't perfect the volume likes to climb really high when I change channels. I have paid off all these devices but just want to let others know it is, buy at your own risk with electronics. I cannot put an exact date on the problems mentioned because they are ongoing.

I bought some shirts in March one month…

I bought some shirts in March one month later they have still not arrived even though I received information that the shirts had been delivered. I checked the address I gave and it was all correct down to the Apartment Number. WHERE ARE MY SHIRTS? HSN SHOPPING CLUB NEEDS TO VERIFY THAT THESE VENDORS ARE LEGIT.

Nonsense !!

Almost 90% of what they sell on TV can be found elsewhere at much lower prices.

They love to sell outdoor garden nicknacks that require batteries and usually supply them.

The only problem is that the batteries are so generic, that if you don’t take them out when your store something, it’s almost a guarantee that your product will never come back to life again.

You will be welcomed with leaking, corrosive batteries and a non working unit !!!!

If they do not include batteries…they are doing you a favor.

They encourage rust resistant products. There is a huge difference between rust resistant and rust proof and it’s called R.U.S.T.

After each rainfall….you must wipe everything down with a diaper and lubricant !!

HSN enjoys making every day life’s simple tasks incredibly difficult, challenging and complicated no matter what they are selling.

A 30 day return policy is not enough time for you to be satisfied and your money and satisfaction will disappear into the wind.

Avoid, better options out there!

Listen, with vendors like Amazon, which sell similar if not the same product(s), there is no reason HSN has not caught up with the times regarding convenience and ease of return if needed. I made a purchase from this vendor on a whim, and the level of hoops I've had to go through to return trash inventory and lack of valuable customer service is beyond frustrating. HSN do better!

HSN Violates my civil rights

My HSN account is maxed out. No big deal, as I make timely payments every month. But recently, a family member wanted to send me an anniversary gift, so she ordered some food from HSN and put my address down as the place of delivery. HSN declined to fill the order based on my account. I had to explain my personal financial status to the donor. I think this policy is a violation of my civil rights. The donor was paying up front for the gift, yet HSN froze the order. I wonder if there is a lawyer out there who would be interested in a class action lawsuit against HSN. I think their policy in this case is illegal.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN. my parents bought a computer for Aubrey for school and stated repeatedly, on the phone call, "I want to pay the total with my credit card. I DO NOT WANT PAYMENTS. I want to purchase it in full now!" The lady said, "ok. I can do that" and reassured her that's what happened. 2 months later we get a bill in the mail for the laptop. We call customer service and lady threatened to disconnect the call cuz we were getting frustrated that they WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO PAY OFF IN FULL (like we originally wanted). They want a debit card for full amount you know cuz we have $500 just sitting in our debit acct for things like this.
