After being a loyal customer for a couple of years and spending around €500-€1000 without a single issue, my recent experience was a disaster. I received two consecutive orders with damaged items. I let the first one slide because the damage was minimal, but the second parcel arrived with the exact same defect.
Instead of taking responsibility for their obvious packaging flaw, customer service stubbornly accused me of damaging the product myself with a box cutter (I carefully used scissors, as always). To add insult to injury, they offered me a pitiful €2 "gift" for my next order. There won't be a next order. Losing €40 of product with zero customer support or recourse is absolutely unacceptable.
There are plenty of other supplement brands out there. Don't waste your money supporting these crooks.

Products fine, one product with short expiration date
All ordered products were fine,but as I got a deal to take one product for an additional 0,50€, and I choose the HSN coconut cream, and unfortunately I got a product with a short expiration date. B.B. on the product is 04.07.2026. Taking into account that my delivery came a week before that, it just made my experience worse, for a product your site recommended to take.

Regarding the “Offer” you mention, this relates to the shaker purchased for €0.50. The coconut cream product was included as a free gift as part of the order promotion.

I've ordered from them few months ago, I really loved their products, so I've bought a 3years saving plan, then they suddenly decided to exclude my country (Hungary) from their shipping locations without any prior notice, and according to their support, there is no plan to include again in the near future

The worst delivery
Honestly I love Hsn products price range quality all good I have no complaints about this, the problem is always the lack of quality in the delivery service, I live in the canary’s island and I been a client over 4 years with weekly use of the service and every time I have to “hope” to get my item.
I’m about 8/10 time losing month to get a package, once they said it was delivered and it was me not at the place (turn out after 1 month of this game my package was missing) the best part they send me again the pack with a new order, and when arrived it was clearly my old pack all taped around (seriously..)
Again few months later another order missing in the delivery..
After 4 year and using the same place come on.. I even have the number of the delivery guy now and he always call me to check (but still they pack never arrive in time)
And again multiple time delay on delay.
Last order done it on the 17/05 ( got the message your package is been delivered to been collected)
Today 3/07/2026 my pack is still not arrived…
Open a ticket few days ago and got a message your package is been collected on the 30/05 … now then I have to wait another 1/2 weeks .. is this how clients are treated? Got my money quick and never see my product on time or when you decide to deliver? I pay also the yearly fee to get “extra “ care and that’s is the best you get.
30 days to get a package 📦 great … if is not lost somewhere of course.
The worst is the communication with the main company 1 ticket and they close the case .. 👏
Extra ? They send me a track link 🔗 which never works .. what a joke seriously..
