Excellent experience

Excellent communication and customer service from the guys at Hard To Find Records. Contacted by phone and email, great via both. I wanted to add a record to an order I placed online, was no trouble at all from both ordering and payment perspective. Delivery was also extremely quick.

Not the first time I've bought from HTFR, and won't be the last.

Nice people, good records

When I first discovered HTFR (after stumbling upon a sticker of their on an old record I'd got from eBay) I was apprehensive as the images of the records on sale aren't the exact record they are just general images, and you have to go by their grading on the item. This is different to eBay/in person digging where you can really size the record up as to what you're prepared to pay for it. I must say their grading is fair, I've only ever had one issue and that was dealt with fantastically and they offered me replacement vinyl.

They're always getting new stuff in (that I always seem to gobble up - sorry for the almost weekly orders guys...) They ship super quickly and use reliable shipping services that arrive safely.

Perfect every time really. Thanks guys

Great company for hardware DJ products

A great company for hardware DJ produccts, and im sure the same for vinyl.

I bought from HTFR many times for building up hardware for my private function DJ business over many years. ( Large PA systems, pro mics etc. )

Their customer service was very good when a slight issue arose with one speaker I bought, and they addressed the issue appropriately.

Would recommend.

Brilliant experience

Great service and communication

Great service and communication. Not sure if it's the same company but I used to use to hard to find records back in the day. It has always been the best record shop.
