I bought a Huawei MateBook 14 directly from the official Huawei online store in Poland in June 2024. The laptop was used very rarely and only in normal home conditions. After several months, sma... See more

The WORST absolutely
The WORST absolutely, the WORST laptop everI had in my entire life....
AVOID !!!
inaccurate information regarding the dispatch
On 12th November 2023, I made a purchase of a Matebook from the website with the understanding that the product would be dispatched within four business days, as indicated in the initial information. According to this timeline, the dispatch was expected by 16th November 2023. I made this purchase relying on the provided information, assuming the product would arrive before my scheduled travel. However, as of 18th November 2023, the product has not been dispatched, and regrettably, I have been unable to reach any representative for clarification or assistance.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience due to the inaccurate information provided during the purchase process. I am left uncertain about the timely receipt of the product before my travels, which was a crucial aspect of my purchase decision. Moreover, I had intended to utilize this Matebook for remote work during my travels. Furthermore, the absence of any communication or explanation regarding the delay in dispatching the product is disconcerting.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed by the customer relations department. As a result, I am compelled to formally lodge this complaint to highlight the impact of such misinformation and lack of assistance, aiming to caution and prevent potential customers from facing similar issues.
The saga continues so my laptop stopped…
The saga continues so my laptop stopped charging less than 12 months ago they replaced the motherboard and fixed the issue but damaged the laptop in the process so it went back to fix the damage and caused further damage to the screen backlight at this point I couldn't be bothered fighting with huwei to get it sorted but they were aware of the issue anyway now 10 months down the road the laptop stops charging again so contacted huawei and they said send it in so I did thinking they would sort it but today I had a quote for £565 for a replacement screen and a new motherboard which had already been changed under warranty less than 12 months. I cannot believe it £565 is more than buying a like for like replacement. There customer service is non existent there telephone number do not accept incoming calls and they only accept any complaints or service issues by email which they take days to respond to. I have just got off the phone with sbe Ltd who carry out the repairs on huawei devices and they have just told me that any repairs they have done only carry a 90 day warranty I asked do they get there part from huawei and was told yes so I asked how long is the warranty on the parts they supply and they refused to comment and told me to ask huawei which would be OK if you could ever get hold of them or get any kind of reply. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HUAWEI it not worth the stress and hassle you have to go through to get something fixed also expensive items like this should last longer than 12 months without failing for a second time for the same issue.
It’s decent
I believe that Huawei is not the best chinese tech brand. Nevertheless, they make some devices right.
Like I had a Huawei router and some of their smartphones can compete with its more famous counterparts.
You have to read the reviews carefully.
Useless Heuwai software..
Utter garbage, never buy Heuwai. I'm stuck with 32gb tablet that cannot be expanded to whatever sd card I put in. Useless software doesn't allow me to move software to the sd card, insanity or what. Next device definately won't be Heuwai.
Absolute disgrace and shambles of a…
Absolute disgrace and shambles of a repair service sent to their service centre, I've sent numerous emails to find where my phone is, nearly all have been ignored and the 2 I had a response from were useless and they were trying to find an update about my repair (lies) They sent my phone back without to telling me and without repairing it as it was out of warranty (which I knew) with a letter saying what the cost would be and I'd refused the repair. They hadn't even asked me .... I wouldn't trust Huawei to take my rubbish out, complete waste of time trying to contact them
faulty crown
brought a watch gt3 and had to send back for repair as crown stopped working.got back and same fault still there.asked for exchange as still under warranty but was told they would have to look at watch again..i will never buy another item off huawei again.stay away you’ve been warned
Good brand
I used couple of years P30 pro it really very good mobile phone.
Will not provide bootloader codes
Emailed support to get an bootloader unlock code for my phone. There is nothing wrong with it other than an outdated version of android that I can not long use due to outdated security patches.
The response was inadequate and without merit. They simply want to force obsolescence.
---- response ----
Huawei used to provide users with corresponding unlock codes to meet personalized requirements due to the usage of different ROMs. However, due to possible problems caused by such unlocking, such as system built-in function failure, device freezing, and power consumption increase, the unlock code application service was terminated. This is for the benefit of users.
Terrible RMA handling
Terrible RMA handling
They have nice products, but terrible customer service and RMA handling. I have a Huawei Watch 3 Pro which I paid a lot of money for and the watch bracelet broke. The expensive silver one. I just suddenly broke without forcing anything. I had to send it in for repair so they could see if it's warrenty. They send me a box and I send in the watch. Eventually I got a letter in French which I didn't understand at all. With some google translate it was still unclear. Looks like the repair company in in France and not even of them own. After several communications, unclearities and false promises I got my watch back after 2 month of being not even repaired. Don't know why it takes so long to send something back. Their whole RMA process is terrible. It's the last time I buy something from them because the service is worthless! Said to say it.
I want to return an item
I want to return an item, and the keyboard for tablet malfunctions. You can only contact them by email. They just completely ignore you. Huge mistake buying from them. They should be shut down.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.....! ! ! !
AVOID at ALL costs. Their customer service is the lousiest service available. If you get your phone on contact and it malfunctions they still DON'T want to know about your problem.
So you're left with a sub standard phone, but you're still paying for it, but HUAWEI want nothing to do with it, with NO INTENTION of rectifying the problem to help you out.
My other budget phones have performed better and to tell you the truth have NEVER had anything gone wrong with them.
If I could give this company minus points I certainly would...
Terrible Service
Never again will we get caught by this company. We have just had the most disgusting service from these people. We purchased two items a tablet and a watch
The tablet does not run any google apps with GBox as claimed, so don't be fooled NO GOOGLE business access. Secondly the watch we received is incorrect and they refuse to allow us to return the product. Their attitude and service is DISGUSTING.
You can see by their lack of response they couldn't care a continental ...
Wanted to replace the battery in my P60…
Wanted to replace the battery in my P60 pro ..the best mobile phone I've ever had . But sadly the customer care/ support of this company beggars belief ..the contact number isn't manned and the route to contacting them via email is utter ridiculous.. verifying this .. verifying that ..you pay the money up from solely for what ..just more headache and more headache .. this company has set up barrier after barrier for someone trying just to speak to a human being ..and help resolve the problem ..it's so up its own backside it doesn't know itself what is happening .. a company that has taken and relying. Solely on modern technology for conducting business and no human interaction just a bot called Celia that will drive you round the bend .have the usa / Britain and others managed to destroy a company that much.. wake up in there ..! HELLO ..HELLO
Huawei phone is not great
Huawei phone is not great, they don't Google as search engine, very slow to upload on face book, overall I wouldn't recommend huawei, stay clear better compition out there
Will conn you. Fake damage when sending back for a repair.
Sent freebuds to have a new bud synced to case as one was lost. Quoted £22 for replacement. Was asked to send back. Then ignored for a week trying to chase it up. Then quoted £78 as casr was "damaged" all they would do is send a photo of missing pod from the case and told me warrenty is now void!!! Wont tell me what damage is there.
Avoid
I had a gt3 pro smart watch for 10 months when it would only hold its charge for 20 minutes, tried too contact Huawei on there website, no reply. Tried to return the watch but the town I live in apparently does not exist, then finally messaged them on Facebook, still no reply. Last time I buy a product from this firm.
Why I absolutely loved my journey with huawei my first ever phone
Huawei is awesome especially the best features it offers and the long life if it's products. I have been using huawei nova 3 for 8 years now and I absolutely loved the experience... It had certain unique features as Parallel space, safe for photos, double apps, high end security with no way of retrieving data if there isn't input of proper passwords.. Many might not understand the importance of this but yes enjoyed huawei service.

I'm unable to play online games on Xbox one, either I can't get into some websites, like eso online website. Pretty not helping me to get into eso Xbox game very well. Like I get login errors each time plus the loading on my game is slow.
