I would not recommend to buy anything…

I would not recommend to buy anything from them. Like some people already mentioned there is no customer service. I purchased a product, but never received it. First I was not at home and delivery was rescheduled for the next day, but I had to leave the country for a week so asked DPD to leave it in the shop because it supposed to stay there for a week. Unfortunately it was a DPD locker which keeps everything for 3 days. Bare in mind I rang DPD to change that, but they can't change anything...So after 3 days DPD send it back to Huawei. And this is where the biggest problems arises. You can't contact Huawei, only be email which took them a week to reply to tell me that my order is ready to be returned. How the F I can return something I don't have? Literally they stole my 400 quid and I I'm calling a legal department...

No customer service - only a superficial appearance of one.

Let make it clear from the outset, Huawei have NO UK customer support. No phone line to call, only an email form to fill in to which they do not reply to. They recently closed all UK call centers. The chatbot is pathetic and just directs you to the email form. They also make this difficult, you have to be emailed an authentication code and have only one minute to submit it before it expires. Most emails do not land in one minute and then you have to race against time to input the code, or try again, and again.

Sneakily they are giving a superficial appearance of supplying customer service (e.g. an email form, chatbot) for legal reasons but the truth is they are uncontactable. It's dishonest business practice to say the least.

About 7 months ago I bought a gt3 pro smart watch for £680 direct from them. I then moved to Australia and after a month noted an intermittent speaker fault and battery drainage issue making it unusable. At the time they had call centers still, and so I did get through to customer service. Despite Huawei operating repair centres out here they made me post it back to the UK to be repaired under warranty, at my expense. I then paid to have the watch posted back after "repair" only to find it suffering the exact same faults and hence remains unusable.

Now all UK call centers have closed. The barrier of the chatbot and pretend email form is working well. Despite several successful email forms being completed, chat bot conversations, messaging them on Facebook and also emailing any Huawei account no repair has been booked from my UK address. It's so funny all the Facebook message response is "please email us during office hours" even when you do just that, it's laughable.

I've been ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it. Don't be like me, don't buy Huawei.

Huawei selling unserviceable products

I called Huawei customer service to book my daughter's Huawei watch fit in for service and battery replacement. Huawei advices me that they don't service any of their watches or do battery replacement and I should throw it away and buy a new one. It seems Huawei has become a very expressive disposable brand.

Watches only work with their own…

Watches only work with their own software, this company is very good at alienating customers.

No boot loader codes so cant remove their own awful software from your own device.

Bluetooth earphones started to fail after 6 months.

Even my huawei monitor is havin issues with hot spots in the corner.
Used to like their products but not anymore.

Refuse to buy anything from them now due to contant issues and not caring about customers.

Huawei P20 Pro after short use

Bought a Huawei P20 Pro and used it for about a months use in total, as I was still using my old phone mostly, the battery died completely and the I have been told the phone is completely unrepairable. Very expensive paperweight, I'd recommend getting a reputable brand instead Samsung, Sony or Google for example

Dishonest, crooked company

I purchased a GT3 pro watch some time last year and soon I had issues with the speaker intermittently failing as well as the battery depleting rapidly, lasting only around 10 hours. It used to last 2 weeks.

After a lot of back and forth with Huawei support UK I decided to post the watch back from Australia, to the UK so it could be repaired under warranty.

I was assured that both the speaker and battery would be replaced and the call handler reassured me that he understood it was being posted from Australia and so would ensure the correct repairs were made. I wasted a lot of time communicating with them in order to get it fixed.

I even called the UK repair centre to inform them regarding the speaker and the battery. I paid to have the watch posted back to Australia so in total it cost me around £150 to access the warranty service.

The watch arrived back to me with the exact same faults. The speaker only works intermittently and gives a loud beep on occasion. The battery is still rapidly depleted.

I called the repair centre in the UK directly they said they could not find a fault and only replaced the back cover. The fault is clear and it doesn't take an expert to try the speaker 3 or 4 times to note it failing to activate or give a loud beep. The battery still only lasts 10 h.

I'm now out of pocket and basically paid for the watch to be flown to the UK and back again for no reason, due to the advice given to me by Huawei.

Huawei support UK doesn't answer the phone anymore, I have tried on 4 different days, it just says all.of our operators are busy. Facebook chat support just fob you off. Terrible company who are only interested in taking your money.

They claim to cover all the bases but essentially they just sell cheap tak with specs on their technology which are only achieved by cutting corners. Same again for customer service. I will never purchase anything Huawei again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, if you can even call it that. They took my watch for a repair, held it for a month, then sent it back with no explanation or replacement strap as requested. They then proceeded to ignore any further complaints that were made.

Rude, arrogant, incompetent. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Laptop three months late - legal letters needed to get refund

Laptop 3 months late.

I ordered a laptop for my sons christmas present on 17th December 2022 and it never arrived

3 months late for a 2 day advertised delivery and Huawei customer services are doing nothing. They keep just telling me they are escalating the issue and will get back to me in 5 days but nothing happens so I have to call them back myself. The call center is now closed so only emails.

The package is stuck with their courier, DPD at their hub. Huawei could just send me out a different laptop and deal with DPD to return the other one but Huawei refuse.

I have to start the official process to take legal action and I finally got a refund 3 months later.

Awful experiance and terrible customer service.
