I worked in Doncaster as a line manager . The Manager is corrupt she as her daughter working in the office and she pays her to sit at home with her kids. Manager is awful to staff. She slags everyone off. She wont do anything when things go in crisis. Never washes a pot because she is too good 4 that then tells office staff shes too qualified to go out on care. Terrible Manager.

Rang to register my complaint regarding irregular calling times of the excellent carers, was meet with total indifference and belligerent attitude.
No apology, and as the NHS were paying my wife's 4 week rehabilitation bill, was told "it's free anyway", despite this bill being approximately 50% above the normal commercial rate.
Asked to speak to Manager, and "gob smacked" ,when told I was already.
Appalling customer relations.

I was ringing up to on a recent job application when I worker called Danielle answered the phone she said I will look into it in a rude manner and hung up I have never been spoken to that you need to train your staff properly and teach the right way to speak to people sounded like she didn't want to be there I was always told by my previous bosses if you're having problems at home don't bring it to work put her on a customer service course that would be good for her in the future 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Having used this care company I found the quality of service to be exceptional poor. The carers themselves are attentive but the office staff are not.

..... that I genuinely "Love my job" and I love being part of the HSG family. Ive worked with HSG since Jan 2012 and I cant imagine working anywhere else. Ive received the support and training that Ive needed to develop in my career and work towards being the best that I can be.
