Excellent Response time

They made the purchase transaction very easy. Given I live here in Boulder I was able to go to the warehouse and pick them up. Within two weeks of owning them. I had an accident and one of the wheels was destroyed, they had me back up and running within a week. Great Service. And thus far I’m enjoying the wheels.

Simple to use website; clear indication what rear wheel axle size as wheel frame width; Delivered on time and well packaged. Will use Hunt company again.

Great wheels and excellent customer support!

I’ve tested the wheels so far on a gravel ultra race, and they performed flawlessly. No punctures, no issues whatsoever. The only thing to mention is that the freehub is quite loud – but personally, I don’t mind that.

I also accidentally ordered the wrong axle adapters due to my own mistake. The customer support team replied in less than 24 hours, quickly identified the issue, and kindly sent me the correct adapters as a gesture of goodwill. They came right in time for the Race 🙏🏼

Solid wheels and fast! I run 23mm tires and these wheels are perfect for them.

Have had multiple sets of wheels. Support has been timely, respectful, and has always ended my issues with positive resolution. Generally good service, and communication are no longer an expectation as a buyer, but I feel encouraged when purchasing Hunt products. I will continue to purchase from Hunt in the future

Im giving them a 5 star nit because of their wheels. But their customer service. I did have issues with my rear wheel, they got a replacement out to me real fast. Had issues with the second one as well. But they upgraded me to a better wheel set and got me back on the bike quickly. This new wheel set had been solid. So a 5 all around experience with this company

Long-time user and promoter of Hunt. The DTC price was appealing and the customer service used to be great. I had read some quality reviews, but me and my brother has not experienced this.

Recently I needed to contact the company to buy a new part for the wheel and ask a question. The attempt to contact Hunt was a uniquelly bad experience. There is no phone number and you have to schedule a call days ahead of time to get a simple question answered. The website says there is a live chat function during business hours, but it's clearly not staffed. I eventually got my need addressed, but it would have taken a human 2 minutes to answer the question and I had to pay shipping that I could have avoided by simply picking it up at their office close by.

Updated Sept 19. Hunt reached out directly and made the issue right and let me know that will action the feedback with the US team. Upstanding review because this is a gesture or good customer service.

So glad I finally purchased my Hunt Trailwides. Going from a Marin stock wheelset to these is like riding a different bike. Biggest improvement I have found to lighten up my bike and make it faster and climb better.
