I have been eyeing the Trail wide wheel set for a while and now finally got it.
when i finished my purchase i realized that i orderd it with the wrong drive. i fired an email strait a way to Hunt Wheels and no questions asked they sorted it all out.

ordered an aero wheelset and tires for my bike. Absolutely love the wheels and very happy with the design. The tires were too tight for my to get off and on, so I opted to return them, and the customer service was fantastic and super easy. Really appreciate that, and will make me more likely to buy from them again!

I bought a Hunt 36 UD carbon spoke wheel set for a cycling holiday in the Dolomites and Swiss Alps. The wheels arrived promptly with Continental tyres fitted. They were delivered well packaged in good working order. They were an upgrade from a set of old Shimano Durace wheels. The performed excellently on the holiday. They were noticeably smoother when riding, felt responsive when climbing and stable when descending. The braking was good when descending and felt smooth and controlled. Some of the descents were 22km long and steep. I weigh 76kg. I didn't have any issues with brake fade or over heating. I was pleased with this purchase.

A London pothole 'killed' my pristine rear rim and Hunt quickly and efficiently provided (at a discounted cost) a new rim and spokes for a re-build around the existing hub. I am not sure why all of Hunt's correspondence was going to my spam folder, but once that issue was sorted the order for the spare parts progressed without a hitch.

The Customer Service Team (Richard) were very helpful and efficient.

These wheels have been great! The ordering was quick and easy. The wheels ride great and have been a fantastic upgrade to the carbon wheels that came with my bike.

Ordered my new wheels on the Friday evening, they were delivered to The Highlands of Scotland on the Monday morning. I forgot to order the locking ring and that was delivered promptly too.
They are performing well and look fab on my bike!

Bought a set of all road 4 season wheels. First hub had issues right away. Contacted Hunt and they sent a new wheel right away and I retuned the original. Same issue with the new wheel. Contacted again, and they upgraded me
to the next level wheel set. No issues so far. Great customer service. Made a bad situation right.
