Hush Puppies 

Very poor shoes.
I had pair of Hush Puppy gents shoes just worn for posh social events. They were over a year old but I doubt if they'd been walked more than five miles. The tread pattern is absolutely as new. One shoe is perfect and flexible, but the sole and stitched welt of the other one has broken up and seems to made of a frangible substance you can gouge chunks out with a fingernail, almost like hard cake. What really got me was the complete lack of interest (or refund) from the UK importer of these US made shoes. Clearly a quality control problem. Avoid.

Don’t waste your money - this used to be a trusted quality shoe, now the sizing is poor, the quality is rubbish, they charge £4.99 postage and then you have to pay for return postage as well... you may as well just burn a £10 note and save yourself the hassle.. certainly don’t bother contacting customer services because they have no people skills whatsoever... never ever again.., shame on you Hush Puppies

Do not buy from this company they send out faulty shoes and refuse to refund or replace. The shoes had a slight slit at a point where you bend your foot. This will clearly only get worse and by the time it goes you will not be able to return them. They did not even contact me to update me they just sent back the shoes.

I purchased a pair of chukka boots online that turned out to be atrociously stiff and uncomfortable for the whole 5 minutes I tried them on at home. The sizing was right, but the leather around the top and sides of the foot was so hard and unforgiving that my feet felt as if they had been released from a vice when I took them off. I returned them for a non-refundable $5 shipping fee using the prepaid label provided by Hush Puppies. The package has been in transit for over two weeks, and there is no way I can track its progress as they use the USPS/FEDEX combo that only gives you a tracking number for the USPS leg. I have emailed customer service multiple times and received only one response with a tracking link that did not work and no other information. I am going to file a complaint with PAYPAL to recover my money as they obviously don't care about customers. Also, I tried to write a review on their website three times: it went through each time but was never posted. They only allow positive reviews on their website. Disgraceful!

This is my second pair of flats from Hush Puppies and both have fallen apart within 3-4 months. The comeback that wasn't! For the price tag, I expect the shoes to last at least a year. Nope. The sole wears off WAY too fast and as does the pleather.

My pair of Hush puppies shoe’s Leather Started peeling & cracking. Legs pain too after wearing for 8 times. Customer service is so bad. They harass you mentally and ask same details multiple times. Highly disappointed with the purchase. Hopeless quality. We will never buy this brand again.
Bata - Surprisingly Hopeless

Hush puppies quality is not at all good, will never go for this brand again. Bought sandals of RS 5000/ but just in 2-3 months inside surface stick to foot skin so badly that I don't feel like to wear them. I think hush puppies should improve upon quality.

It seems quality control and the famous comfort of Hush Puppies is no longer,
I have had 2 pairs of Chukka boots fall apart with the sole coming away after only 3 months, thought it was a one off then it happened to the second pair as well, I'm now on a second pair of Barnet Hanson Derby's , the 1st pair only lasted 6 months before the sole split, also these are not like the Hush Puppies of old that used to be comfortable from the go but are instead quite tiresome to wear for more than a couple of hours at first and need breaking in for at least three weeks before becoming wearable for a days work. The leather is cheap and scuffs easily reveals brown underneath. Hush Puppies need to get their act together as they have become a big a disappointment of late.

The shoe (Hush Puppies Men's Craig Luganda Derbys) has a very beautiful design and I loved it from the start. it has soft leather which makes it comfortable and is well polished. The heel of the shoes, however, feels very flimsy underneath as it has a very thin rubber - I can definitely tell that these are not the shoes that last. Not worth the money I spent

Ordered Hush puppies online big mistake, very disappointed as miss sold purchased as a wide fitting as described but they were not customer services didn’t want to know so returned for a refund cost me postage to return and refunded minus Hush puppies packing and delivery charges .really disappointed and will never buy Hush puppies products again.

Received a pair of Hush Puppies as a gift.
Like another reviewer, I wore them on about 4 occasions and the sole just disintegrated. Hush Puppies UK have absolutely no interest and told me to take them back from where I got them. Explained that they were a gift and the retailer will not help without a receipt.
HushPuppies is just a name. The quality is absolutely rubbish along with the customer service from them. Spend your money getting something decent.

Purchased a pair of Hush Puppies trainers. Reduced from £80 to £60. Received on Friday and by the Wednesday the 'hard wearing" sole has worn down. Clearly paying for a name rather than quality. Shocking and would not recommend or purchase again.

Men’s bounce shoes worn twice went to get them out of the cupboard to wear and the stitching had all come undone and a part of the sole fell off!!, Hush puppies didn’t want to know about it as I sent them pictures etc showing the shoe was hardly worn and the problems and told them I don’t have receipt as they were 18 months old and there answer was I need to take back to retailer with receipt so obviously not going to help me. These shoes were quite expensive too. Also heard a friend had same problem. WILL NEVER BUY HUSH PUPPIES AGAIN as there obviously is a huge problem with them that the manufacturer doesn’t care about.

Hush Puppies, are an dangerous shoe!
Very slippory if there are Walter at the floor.
My wife had a dangerous accident With her Hush Puppies, who could kill her, because of som Water at the floor!,
