Aside from being Hippa compliant, Hushmail offers NOTHING!!!!!
1. No calendar
2. No ability to sync with Gmail or another calendar - ie. MSTeams invite.
3. No way to set up meetings virtually
4. Cannot select a number of messages and move in folder at once. Have to move one at a time.
5. Cannot drag and drop messages in a folder.

There are so many things wrong with your service. I will be leaving once I find one that is better equipped with basics.

Great product, easy to use. Love the form builder and integrating forms and emails. Able to let go of other products as Hushmail takes care of multiple needs.

I appreciate the convenience in communicating with my patients in a HIPAA protected way. The templates I have made have saved me a lot of time. Btw, when are you going to release options to template emails? Love this service!

Marked down due to the basic nature of the Web Forms and lack of customizability in font formatting and layout.

I chose Hushmail for its informative website on HIPAA policies for healthcare providers, and the initial discovery call with Mahsa who thoroughly answered my questions and explained their services. It was an easy process to get started, and the customer service team has been very helpful! I am glad that I chose Hushmail to help me secure protected health information in my new practice. A bonus service they offer is a form building tool that I can use for my website or to directly e-mail patients intake paperwork. Thank you Hushmail for being an important part of my team!

One stop shop on for everything I need. Very user friendly, trustworthy. Love the option to automatically encrypt messages without needing an open source key or anything like that.

I've asked for support to better understand using the site but haven't received anything.

I love it that it is an affordable option for HIPAA-compliant email, of all of the different companies I have sought this for, this is by far the most reasonable price and the best option for a starting/small business. Please check them out; they are very friendly and it is well-worth the value and the peace of mind!

Customer service is great. It just took awhile for anyone to respond. When I transferred from another email provider, I found that my contacts did not transfer over.

I continue to have problems with clients not receiving my emails and am thus considering different platforms. My work is sensitive and it is important clients are consistently receiving my messages. Those who are receiving them report they are in spam/junk mail.
