absolutly terrible,
3 weeks passed from promiesed day of delivery.

never ever...

Horrible. Want you to request help via Email as their hotline is "Always in use" but then dont answer. I have tried two times. I have opened up a dispute with paypal by now as this is not how you treat customers.

I have placed my purchase order, The original delivery schedule was for 1-2 weeks. Now after 4 weeks I haven´t received nothing. The telephone number doesn´t help. They requested to write per email, which it says that could take more than 5 days to have an answer, which is also a lie. I haven´t receive any answer. Really disappointed

I ordered things that were available in stock for almost if 1000 euro. 3 weeks after I was updated that nothing was yet shipped and that my order MAYBE will be ready to ship in 4-5 weeks. Very upset. I canceled the order of course.

I wrote 3 emails to ask where is my parcel? please give the tracking number! No, no reply from hygi.de. only automatic emails asking for more patience... It has already been one month since my order was released... where are they now?????

Intransparent. Irresponsible. Unreliable.

When I placed the order it showed as delivering in 1-2 weeks. Now 2 weeks have passed and there is no update at all if the items have been packed or just not able to be delivered. Would have ordered elsewhere if you were honest and transparent about the actual delivery time. I don't need an email detailing how long you have been running your business for and how hard you are working. I just need an update about the progress of shipment, your reassurance that my items are not going to take 9-12 weeks as they show on your page right now, and transparency about your actual time frame for delivery. Good lord, by the time I get my order even winter has turn summer, so I'm gonna have to save them for next Christmas?

While it is understandable that the service must be very overloaded due to corona, the least you could do is to be fully transparent with your customers on the waiting line with your false promises.

I have placed my order last week, the order status was since a week ‚ ‚Release‘, but never received any shipping confirmation nor information, when I requested for the these information on their website, I never received any reply. And I tried to call them, they don’t take any phonecalls anymore!!!

Ordered ffp3 mask with delivery day 1-3 business days. It was not in the package, now the delivery is in 9-12 weeks.
I asked them to return the money.

Unbelievable. I would never order if i knew it is coming so much later.

I bought some creme with hygi.de

Their mail customer service was super fast to answer questions. I made my order and it arrived very fast.

I have no complaints!.....I do wish they would get an english option on their website, it would make ordering and reading about products so much faster and easier.

I will gladly shop at hygi.de again!
