Ordered several dresses and wasn’t pleased with the way they fit when tried on. Material is very flimsy. Requested return shipping label and was denied several times. Was offered a much reduced credit and to keep the products. I didn’t wish to keep something that I would not wear. So, in short ladies don’t order from this company if you aren’t positive that it fits your body size (I’m a size 12) and know the quality of the material.

What made my experience great is that I appreciate the frequent emails providing me with a status about my order; from placing the order to receiving shipment.

I wore my dress today and got a dozen compliments. I am 5'8" and weigh 190. I bought an XL and it is perfect. Thank you for timely mailing.
I am excited to take it on a trip this week. Packs really small.

I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered 4 dresses, almost $200......I'm a large shoulder/chested woman and even a 2XL is smaller in China than the US. Now I'm struggling to get my money back! They did offer me $20! If they had fit I would have kept them. I'll keep working on it.

Buyers beware. I purchased two dresses from this company which the quality of both are not what’s expected. Neither was the size. I initiate it a return which they’ve received requested a refund that has yet to be received. They claim the refund was processed, but not toward the same payment method. I am still waiting on my refund. Order number 6685424.

I thought the dress was lined. It is very thin. I will need to return it. Loved the shirts.

Both of these dresses are perfect. Sized according to your website. Very accurate. Good quality and flattering!

I received 2 dresses I purchased on April 2nd on Friday April 14th. They didn't fit, although I ordered the correct size. Monday I sent notice to the company that processed my payment via PayPal I've yet to receive an answer. Tuesday I sent notice to this company directly to get a run around with a partial refund offer and NO RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS and NO CONFIRMATION CODE to RETURN as per their policy. Here it is Thursday and still no email. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This is time consuming and frustrating. They deserve negative stars!

I love the dress, I should have ordered a size smaller but I love how the dress feels on.

Buyer beware. If you don't match a "true" size and/or sizes that fall into their "true" size, don't bother ordering. No trying on and sending back. They do not provide return information and/or return slips in their packaging. Customer service telephone # is not existent. Had to contact them through email which leaves you at their mercy for a response. Spent $137 on three dresses. Needed to return all three (one due to poor sewing in the front seem) but was offered only a $40 refund. In the middle of trying to resolve the issue but not hopeful. Also, please beware that the website says Hymyfe but packaging, customer service and correspondence are labeled as different companies so check all responses you get just to make sure you're hearing from them through one of their "contractors". Wouldn't give them any stars if it weren't for the fact that I can't leave this review without giving them one star.

Do NOT order from this company. The product I ordered was not even close to the picture. The response I received when requesting on how to return was to be offered a very small fraction of the cost and to keep the item. Why would I want to keep something that is of poor quality? I have been haggling and the offer has raised a little. I am demanding a full refund and will contact the Better Business Bureau.

Do not order from this company. The items did not fit my shape and no matter how much I emailed and wanted to return them it took them days to respond. They finally responded and offered me a fraction of what I paid and said they do not accept all returns (not sure what they will take then). At this time, I have no money back from them. Products were not quick to arrive and emails are the only way to contact. Emails are answered days later by someone who obviously doesn't speak English as their first language as the grammar is horrible.

I wish the clothes were larger . They fit but that is it . No extra space as I am disappointed .

This company deserves no stars. i really thought i was dealing with a legit company who says they are based in the USA and that their products are shipped from South Carolina. The items shipped to me did not fit well. i tried to return the items but they want me to keep items and give me some money for it which was way less than the money I paid. Please do your research b4 ordering from this company.

I am very pleased with the items themselves; however, the shipping experience was not at all what I expected! I assumed, when I saw Hymyfe on FB with a note that this store was in South Carolina, that my order would be coming from SC. I should have realized upon my first email requesting a status update, that SC was not the location when they advised me that only 1 of 4 of my items had been MADE.
