I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from this company. They steal your money and do not deliver product. I placed an order on December 4. Not only have I not received the items I paid for, Customer Service insists it is on its way even though USPS says it has not shipped. They keep asking me to be patient…really? Now they have offered $11.00 as compensation when my order arrives.

This company is a total scam. They say they produce & ship from South Carolina. That is untrue, their stuff comes from Dubai and that's where you will have to return their clothes to, should you have an issue. $27 in shipping, for reference. And you will have issues because their items look nothing like the pictures. I ordered what looks like a beautiful sequined dress (Snowflake). What I got was a cheap synthetic, jersey with dots printed on it. Absolutely horrible. There was no shipping slip included in the package, so I contacted customer services. I had to haggle with them over a month. They offered me $8, $15 and $20 refunds. Huh? Since when do you only get a portion of your money back? After I sent them the dress back at a horrendous cost, they had another trick up their sleeve. They wanted to keep $14.99 for the shipping cost. Excuse me? The shipping cost I had paid for, you mean? I sent them a couple of screenshots of my order where you could clearly see who had fronted the shipping cost. Then they finally backed down and refunded the original amount of $55.78. I had to eat the return shipping cost of $27 but at least I got some money back. The worst experience ever. Don't do it. They make their money by counting on people who can't be bothered to write 16 emails and pay that much to return the items.

Great material, great fit, feels great, a little pricey and it took a little longer than I think it should have been to have it delivered. All and all a great experience.

I absolutely love my items. Each item was shipped in its own plastic package to protect them. Once out of the packaging the items were perfect. Each sweater and dress was exactly as pictured. I’m happy with my purchase!

Buyer beware - I bought 3 items. It took forever to be delivered. The clothes did not fit. I tried to return. I spent $130.00 and they offered me $15 then $36 then $51 and I could keep the clothes. If I insist on a full refund I have to ship the clothes myself to Dubai even thought it says they are in SC. What good does it do me to keep clothes that don’t fit? Rip off! I will never buy from them again!

12/7/22 ordered. 12/13/22 “your shipment is on the way.” 1/6/23 From where??? Because shipments don’t take this long even from overseas. I have a tracking number that was created, with no other information entered, nothing to track. I started contacting on 12/31/22. The only information I have received is “it’s on the way.” or “Check back next week.” BOOOO

Took a really long time to get but the two dresses I bought look nice and I'm happy with them. The material lays nicely. It does hug the body.

The dresses do not look like this as the prints don’t layout like the pictures as well as the cut not being accurate. It took forever to come and trying to get ahold of anyone has been not possible. I would not recommend this company at all!

Poor quality and deceitful company in china. Do not do business with them.

Dress was complete waste of money. See through. Terrible material in general. They make returns super difficult. Never order from this company!

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality and tracking of this company.
I was a wee bit disappointed with the colouring on the one top and one sweater was smaller than what l had hoped for but l did live it all

Fast and product as represented

The product was much cheaper, lower quality than anticipated. A completely different type of material than expected, just very poor quality. In addition, the website falsely claims this is an American company with clothing made in America. That is incorrect. I received a fake USPS tracking number that never contained actual tracking data and the shipping--from China--took multiple weeks. Do not do business with this deceptive company.

Very reasonable prices. Good quality.

Shopping was easy but the dress is way too large for me

HORRIBLE company, such a rip off! I ordered a dress in November and for 2 weeks nothing happened. I e-mailed them for a status and all of a sudden a shipping label was created the next day.

3 weeks later and the label is still created but not shipped. Have e-mailed 4 times, told them to refund and all they say is "it's already shipped" so I have to return it when I get it. That is utter nonsense since the label has not left!!!!!!!

This company is the worst! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Order and shipping went well, it was received in a timely manner. The XL fit more like a L but the materials are not cheaply made.

I wanted to return the clothing due to it not fitting and I did not like the quality of the fabric at all. It was made poorly and it did not appear as it did on their website. I only purchased from them because their website falsely states that: “Hymfe.com is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina” and that they said “they guarantee a refund within 30 days”. It also states again in another area of their website: “Our products are shipped from the United States”.
From that advertising I knew if there was a problem I could return it to South Carolina with not much out of pocket cost. Again, this is the ONLY reason I decided to purchase from them.
When I emailed them for an RMA they instead offered me $14 refund and to keep the dresses. I replied that I had no need for the dresses and wanted to return them. They came back and offered $30. Again when I refused they said I would have to ship it to Dubai but that shipping cost would be very high and risking in guaranteeing they would get it. Their final offer was $50. When I refused they provided me shipping address to Dubai.

My sweaters fit perfect. I will be ordering again!!

Delivered in time and their products never disappoint- love their clothes!
