As soon as we decided to save to purchase our first home, we contacted Heme and he gave us all the information that we required, giving us realistic goals within our affordability criteria.

Heme spent time ensuring we understood the process each step at a time and reassured us along the way. Nothing was too much trouble, last minute calls for clarification on subjects we weren’t to sure about, nothing was ever to much for Heme.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Tony and Sharon here. Right from the off they both went above and beyond to sort out my remortgage and the best possible deal for me.
And Tony did indeed find the best deal for me, and kept me updated along the way as to what was happening, what I needed to do etc. And any problems I had he was more than happy to help with no matter time of the day or week.
The only disappointment I have is with myself for not getting in touch with Intelligent Advisor a long time ago.
If you’re after a mortgage or whatever these are by far away the best company to go to, simple as that.

Just a quick review to say thank you for all your hard work regarding our remortgage.
You said you would blow our socks off with the rate and you certainly did!
But if they weren’t already blown off then they would have been so with quality and speed of your service.
I’m traditionally firmly in the “why pay a broker to do what I could do” camp when it comes to all things finance related but now realise the answer to that question is quite simple…. “It’s far less hassle and I actually ended up paying far less than any deal I could have source myself!”

I simply cannot say enough about, Heme.
He helped us through our mortgage over the pandemic and being self employed our options are generally limited. But, Heme sourced us a great deal and we couldn't be happier!

On top he secured us fantastic mortgage protection as well as critical illness cover. That field alone is a minefield so we were very grateful he was there for that also.

The man is a gent and explains everything so simply and genuinely cares, you really feel it.

I've dealt with many advisors over the years, but I refuse to go anywhere else from now on.
