I cannot praise the customer service I received from Tony and Sharon Bouckley at Intelligent Adviser enough. From start to finish everything was extremely well explained by Tony and left me in no doubt that I was choosing the best option financially for me. My existing lender did not make the process straight forward at all and put lots of barriers in the way, however, Sharon went over and above the level of service I could have expected to get things over the line.
