Obtained a quote for cover…
Obtained a quote for 2 weeks CDW cover from a company on the Internet - came in @ £125 for 2 weeks.
We used to have annual CDW insurance for a lot less so I found a link for iCarHireInsurance and requested a quotre for 12 months' cover, non-repeating on my phone.
The quote came in at £42 for 12 months' cover.
I booked the cover to start just prior to going away and lasts for a full 12-months on the phone in a couple of minutes. The payment was made from the card I have stored in my phone wallet.
Simple to do, great value and professional service.
Just do it..

Easy to renew and don’t rent a car abroad without this policy.
Easy to renew and fortunately after quite a few years of having this insurance I haven’t had any need to make any claims. However for the cost of this policy it does give me great confidence in knowing that if something does go wrong with my car rental that I will have this backup.

I had automatic renew ticked and my policy was due for renewal yesterday. Around 3pm I was getting concerned as I had not recieved any renewal documents. I rang to check if it was being renewed and it transpired that for whatever reason there was no card specified for the renewal. This was quickly rectified by the lady on the phone who also assured me the card was now there for next year. I had my new policy documents via email within 5 minutes.I have made a claim on my policy and this was dealt with extremely efficiently, I would hold your company up as a benchmark for others to follow.
