Company does not honor rates published on their website

This is a company that steals from customers. They don’t honor their published rates on their own website, and prey on the trust of unsuspecting customers.

Example- I exchanged $300 US, and received 4000 pesos, an exchange of ~.07 pesos per dollar. When I inquired about the disconnect, I was told the rate I was looking at on their website was t accurate ( how is this possible) If you check The ICE website, the current rate per peso is 14.84 pesos dollar. While I understand rates change constantly, this large of disconnect is simply theft. I as a customer on this day at the current rate published on their website should have received 4,450, a disconnect of nearly 10%. ( and that’s after we paid a $9 flat fee for their service)

Save yourself the trouble and use an exchange you trust and steer clear of international currency exchange at any location.

Robbed me 70 euro in no time

Robbed me 70 euro in no time , when tell your woman the rate is not good . She said she is using the rate of the bank . Which is not true . I understand you are a business you have to make a profit . But this is too much . Currency exchange after security in dublin Airport terminal 1 is better and as same as the bank .

Daylight robbery

Daylight robbery. You charged us £210 GBP for 7,000 Thai Baht. That is some mark up, based on currency exchange is should have been £160 (wished I had checked at the time on line rate).
£50 gbp mark up that is unacceptable

Had a trip planned to Jordon

Had a trip planned to Jordon . Went to ICE and they charged me a rate of 2.31 for Jordan Dinars. Trip got canceled due to the potential unrest in the Middle East right now with the Israeli war.
Took the money back for return, they gave me 1.74.
The actual exchange is 1.94 as of this afternoon.
At least they had grace to smile while they were stealing my money.
Note to self - Never Again.

Thieves Masquerading as a Business

At Atlanta Hartsfield Airport ICE advertises a $12.95 flat rate fee, and their exchange rate board lists the dollar to euro exchange rate, but don’t tell you it IS NOT the current international exchange rate. They charged me a 30% mark up over the actual exchange rate plus the $12.95 flat rate fee. No disclaimers, nothing. They’re thieves with a business license.

Don't go there or be very careful

Don't go there or be very careful. I tried to changed 1500. When i said how much i change she started to talk with me alot, asking me many question "like she would be interested in me" but when i finish give her all money, ( i knew before that i have that amount i had it already few times counted before i go.) She said that is 1400 not 1500. The thing is that i gave here 100 by 100 (in 20 notes), and she was putting it where i cant see it. After all she said: Lets count it again, and i put it infront of your eyes (which was stupid by her to do to make more suspicious, why she put it at first where i cant see it?) So be very careful, or dont go there. It's scam. Which i didn't expect it in country like that. I know those scams from Nepal, India, and more countries, but never expected that happen here. Horrible experience. And after all i couldn't do nothing about it. Stay AWAY!

unqualified and disappointing

unqualified and disappointing
I bought a 100$ CAD gift card there and the person there didn't even know how to activate it , took 15 mins waiting there , she was also on call with one of her friends when I was at the counter. and the fee is normally 5$ but it was 10$ just to activate it which is already crazy, now i tried to activate it and it didn't work, spent an hour of my life on hold with amex and it turns out it was not even activated , i need to provide id , receipt photos and card photos , it was a waste of time. -1/5

Upsetting experience

We were flying back Saturday afternoon and as the duty free area were only taking card payments. l changed £150 into euros and only received €135, also l received no receipt, With the airport being so busy and us travelling with 3 small children l didn't realise straight away that l was cheated out of €30 or more and with no receipt l had no proof. l was very very unset by the experience, after all with the current economic situation nobody can afford to lose such an amount of money especially when the service provider should be as outlined providing the correct exchange rate and providing a receipt!!!!! I lost money which we very much needed!!!

We also got ripped off at LAX by ICE

We also got ripped off at LAX by ICE. We gave them $1500 US dollars and should have received roughly $1350 Euros but only receive $1,125. They used an exchange rate of .75 vs we later found out the exchange rate was .91-.92. You would think they would only allow reputable establishments in LAX but apparently that is not the case.

We got ripped off at LAX

We got ripped off at LAX - they told us there was a one-time fee, but gave us $350 CAD instead of $435 in exchange for $348.65 US, and we were too tired and sleep-deprived to argue! Always check the math and do the conversion rate on your own, do not trust their employees at any cost :( we work minimum wage jobs so this hurts financially!
