First contacted this company via WhatsApp on April 1st, regarding a faulty stroller. Still no resolution. WhatsApp os manned by a computer and keeps ending the chat.
Emailed to follow up. Still waiting. Stroller is useless to me, as its so hard to push. Resistance in the wheels, meaning you have to put a huge amount of effort into just pushing the stroller. I bought it for walking/running, but wouldnt be suitable for this the way it is now.
Updated to add - Lahara from Ickle bubba reached out and the issue has been resolved with a replacement being sent out.

Items I received is fine, but there is an issue with one of them. Tried getting in contact with Ickle Bubba but unable to find a contact number. Having to deal with 1 email per day from them to attempt to sort it. tried WhatsApp, getting no response.

Good travel set. However the chaging bag that was supposed to come along with the set as advertised was missing in the package.

Bought a bundle that we were excited to receive as we are expecting twins. However not everything arrived.
The process of having to try and contact any form of customer service is poor.
To this day still no email response.
Had to try various days to on their WhatsApp chat. They did send what was missing.
However…when opening up the car seat a few days later…the adapters were missing…

My issue was dealt with my Francesca, Lahara and Tyler who were all incredibly helpful with solving my problem. I ordered a pram bundle in July 2025 and have recently discovered that one of the items was missing. All of the Ickle Bubba team worked to solve my issue by sending a replacement which was incredibly kind as the warranty window had passed. Thank you all very much for your kindness!

My friend showed me a picture of the pushchair I got. When I saw it I fell in love with it and just had to get it. It was an amazing price. My 10 month old son loves it. It is really lightweight, comes with everything you need and more, folds up well, and is small in size so doesn't take up too much space. It was also very easy to set up. Not a single fault with customer service, delivery or my sons pushchair. I would absolutely buy from Ickle Bubba again and I would definitely recommend their products based off my experience. LOVE IT!!!

Worst experience , i placed an order on 31st Mar, Order status shows will be delivered by 1st April, and its 7th April today and the tracking number provided in the order is wrong. No customer care contact number. They have whatsapp chat service and I am waiting in chat for the agent no body respond , I now feel its a scam.

Very reasonable price,well made and easy to put up with one hand . The surface material of the seat is padded and seems a tough washable surface. Overall very good.

Great buggy, love the easy fold and super lightweight exactly as described. Amazing value. Only issue is the black is more of a grey, definitely doesn’t look black and after contacting customer service, they’ve said that it is black with a marl effect. Unfortunately this makes it look grey but the product is great so didn’t matter for us.
