Ouibus didnt arrive. They sent me a message from hat I should book with Flixbus and they will refund me. They did not state that they will refund me a portion of my fee. Not reliable. Try to avoid.

Would give zero stars if possible. Was on a OUIBUS that was supposed to take me from Bruges to London. Bus already departed late and the delay was getting worse and worse during the ride so ended up being over 2 hours late. Missed my connecting service due to that massive delay and had to stay in a hostel for the night and buy new connecting tickets.
The company is now saying they will not refund me a penny but instead offer me a voucher (valid for a ridiculous 4 month). Wouldn't travel again with them even if someone paid me for it.
Will now take this further and possibly have to take it to court.
All you want is a nice trip back from your vacation and you get pure horror and end up paying even more expenses.
On top of that they claim they offer Wifi, all you get is 80Mbits which is used in 3 seconds. No plugs, no working toilets. Liars.
Wasn't even informed about the delay.
Don't ever travel with them.

The toilet was not working and the person sitting in the seat next to us asked the driver several times to open the toilet or stop somewhere but the driver rudely shouted that you shouldn't have taken the bus when you ate or drank a lot. The poor guy suffered a lot until he pis*ed off himself.

The worst experience i have ever had. Delays on both journeys over 4 hours rude drivers and customer service refuse to answer complaints or issue refunds. You can't contact them by phone either. They should be reported to the authorities. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I booked an Ouibus (i.e
I booked an Ouibus (i.e. Blablabus) from Rotterdam to Brussels on 31 Aug 2019. Our bus was supposed to depart from Rotterdam Conradstraat at 1130. Me and 6 other passengers arrived early at the bus stop 30 minutes earlier. We waited from 1100 to 1230-ish and saw no bus labelled itself "Blablabus bus" coming in.
We then dialed the customer service, who told us that the bus actually arrived at the Rotterdam stop at 1148am and left within 5 minutes. The total of 7 passengers at the bus stop were extremely furious because at least 7 pairs of eyes were there to prove that the customer service was lying.

I booked a OuiBus to Brussels but although I was at the coach station in plenty of time I didn't find out the coach was there until after it had left. It had been behind the Paris OuiBus at the Paris departure gate. There were no announcements and no one to ask at Victoria. I eventually got a Brussels coach with Regiojet from the Greenline coach station and I'll always use them for trips to Brussels in future.

Honestly the worst journey of my life
Honestly the worst journey of my life. I booked a bus for 1:45pm local time (Brussels) and got told that it was delayed two hours so we waited for two hours thinking the bus was going to come. NO BUS. There was very minimum help where we were waiting too. We were then told that it was further delayed to 6:38pm. That's already almost a 5 hour wait! So we continued to wait, couldn't leave the area as we were scared that we would have missed the bus and that's the last thing we wanted after such a long wait. 6:38PM AND NO BUS!?!?!?!?!? My dad, who was in England, had to phone up a French speaking colleague to phone OUIBUS and ask whats going on. They got told that the bus is now delayed till 7:30 so we continued to wait and you already know it, NO BUS! There were at least 8-10 of us waiting for this bus as the rest of the passengers had left because they were tired of waiting! Cant blame them! We waited still in hope and finally at 7:55 our bus arrived. Then we reached the ferry terminal and we were told we couldn't go past because the bus driver didnt have any passenger information. So another hour was wasted during this and it was just the worst. Especially because it was around midnight and everyone was already knackered from waiting 6/7 HOURS!
I would avoid travelling with this bus at any cost unless you want to experience the worst journey of your life!

Waited for more than one hour
Waited for my bus for more than an hour, no one helping me understanding why I couldn’t see the Ouibus in direction to Amsterdam. It turns out that Ouibus forgot to mention that they were now ALSO called Blablabus, which is written nowhere on my ticket and on the email they sent me for my seat right before the journey. No one at the station said that the white bus with a paper written “blablabus” at the window was the Ouibus going to Amsterdam. There were 7 other companies at that station so it didn’t come to mind to annoy all the companies in case I was not supposed to look at the “Ouibus” buses.
Refused to refund me because of their negligence. I had to take a last minute train to arrive on time.

He looked at the map of my hostel and lied because he wanted to finish his shift early and not let me get off before the others. This was wrong according to my ticket. He dropped me off 1 hour away from my accommodation.

Since OuiBus has been purchased by blabla car, i have witnessed a violent decline in terms of services and most importantly: SECURITY.
They do not check people’s identity anymore before boarding and a intruder has been found in the luggage area of the bus.
Extremely dangerous and irresponsible compagny not to mention their buses are now random ones without plugs and bad quality internet.
