Scam?
Just waited in the blistering heat for 1.5 hours in Toulon for our shuttle to the airport... we’ve now raced to get a train (twice the original price) to try and make our flight. We were 20 minutes early at the one and only stand, 5 others waiting with us.
Phone number didn’t answer, live bus tracker simply said ‘no buses on the road’
We’ve emailed customer service. Very quick to respond “We will give you an answer within 6-8 weeks”
WOW - Do not ever use these clowns
Incompetent, fraudulent, all-around terrible
We purchased a ticket to get from Nice to Lyon. BlaBlaBus/Ouibus reserved us two connecting busses, one from Nice to Marseille and one from Marseille to Nice. The bus arrived in Nice about 20 minutes late - no big deal, but from the start there were issues. The bus was OK, but the driver was totally incompetent. Over and over he would drive down the wrong street, and then we would sit around for ten minutes as he tried to back out (causing massive traffic jams) to go back the right way. At one point he even caused a traffic accident, and so we sat around for 20 minutes waiting for this to be resolved so we could continue on our way. We arrived in Marseille over 90 minutes late - and our connecting bus left without us about 5 minutes earlier. Why have connecting busses if there is literally no communication between them?
That was only the beginning. Immediately we tried to get in touch with Ouibus/BlaBlaBus to let them know of the issue and to get us to Lyon. The number they provided us did not work, so we had to find the number from a local ticket office. Once in contact with them, a stressed out representative told us that they had no more busses from Marseille to Lyon. Beyond frustrated, we asked him what our options were - he said that we could hire another bus from another company and Ouibus/BlaBlaBus would fully compensate us for the cost of the tickets. So, we hired the cheapest and earliest bus to Lyon.
In the end, we did not get into Lyon until past 4am instead of 11pm the night prior - our accomodation that we had booked for the night was wasted. We did not get to enjoy Lyon that day, as we had not slept all night. On top of that, Ouibus/BlaBlaBus was unresponsive to our communication. Days later when we were finally contacted, we were told we would be refunded NOTHING. Not a single Euro - despite the fact that they failed to deliver the service we paid for, and that we were promised by their representative that we would be refunded the full cost of the tickets.
Their responses were very rude, minimising the impact of their incompetence. The most we were offered after several complaints was a €10 voucher for our next trip with them. Next trip with them - as if that's ever going to happen.
To summarise, we paid about €25 to get from Nice to Lyon. What did we get from OUIBUS/BlaBlaBus? We got from Nice to Marseille in an uncomfortable, stressful, and unnecessarily delayed trip. Then we were promised a refund on the €38 tickets to Lyon that we had to buy - this was never delivered. We ended up arriving at our destination over 5 hours late, missing our accomodation, and ruining our first day in Lyon.
So if you would like to pay for something you don't get, be lied to, forced to spend and waste over €100, and generally lower the quality of your trip, book with OUIBUS/BlaBlaBus as soon as possible.
I had a car crash inside one of this…
I had a car crash inside one of this company buses. Not only they do not offer a complete refund for the ticket journey, but they do not acknowledge the severity of almost taking the life of 39 people on board. They do not answer their emergency phone on travel, and their customer service can only be reached by email.
I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY, as their answer does not reflect in any way a reflection on the events that took place.
No seating no service
Late arrival, late departure. Reserved seating but end up with people taking two three seating saying it's a free seating bus. No response from the host or person in charge.

Unsupportive customer service- I lost £280. Don’t use it. I didn’t want a voucher, by the time customer service replied, my voucher had expired- shocking!
Worse bus ride ever!
I traveled from The Hague to London and had the worse bus ride of my life.
In The Hague the bus was 2 and a half hours late, no life tracker, no email or text update. When the bus drivers arrived it became very quickly clear that they where not qualified and there are several examples following. First they didn’t check IDs when entering, then woke up everyone in Rotterdam to ask if we got IDs with us but once again didn’t check it. Moreover they went the wrong way several times such as 4 times around a roundabout, crossing bridges in London from North to South several times. Not long before arriving, after crossing the bridges back and forward the bus drivers decided with swap seats in a middle of the street (without parking). Lastly, they where not capable of finding Victoria coach station, where all international busses have to stop, instead they parked at a regular bus stop on a very busy street close by.
The total delay in London was almost 3 hours and the bus ride felt unsafe.
Oui bus offered a voucher as reply to my complaint, however I will never choose this bus company again which makes the voucher useless as compensation.
Please safe yourself such an experience and do not book with Oui bus.
DO NOT USE.
DO NOT USE.
On the way to Rotterdam bus was a hour and half late didn’t check my tickets or luggage so Anyone could of been on the bus anything could have happened. Then the worst part came my coach did not show up for my return waited from 10pm got told it would be delayed til 12.40 I waited til 1:10am no show I was waiting in the cold with the baby’s one being autistic I told customer service appas I can’t recieve a refund also got told “I do not care”.
Oui Bus = Cancer
If you want to inflict pain on yourself, don’t self-harm, just order a Oui Bus, it’ll be just as effective if not more.
They told me on the morning of my bus that it would be indefinitely delayed.
-Their phone number didn’t work
-The bus’ live tracker didn’t work
-They never replied to my complaint message
-They told me the service would be running an hour before the bus by which time I’d already made alternative plans
It can't get any worse
It can't get any worse. Terrible, always late departures, compact seat space, very bad customer service, bus facilities are close to none.
Shocking
Shocking! Both buses never turned up and refusing to give us a refund

I wanted to go to Brussels from London…
I wanted to go to Brussels from London Victoria Coach Station. My bus was planned to depart at 10 o'clock from Gate 16. I was there before 10 pm and I was waiting for the bus after 15 minutes the screen changed to Paris. I asked one of the staff member on the station where's my bus. He started to ask his collueges and it turned out that the bus delayed 10 minutes but it's already gone.
After this they sent me to the National Express customer service, and they sent me to the Megabus customer service. The last one said that this is not their fault that Ouibus doesn’t have staff members at the Station. I tried to call the your customer service 2 times, but it’s turned out that the Ouibus doesn’t have any customer service at night even if they have journeys at night. Plus, I was not the only one who “missed” the bus and stayed at the station at night.
I contacted Ouibus with my problem a month ago and they still didn't send my refund back.
DON'T USE ouibus
DON'T USE ouibus. I had a horrible experience with this company. It started when I arrived to the bus stop in Brussels and the driver did not allow me inside the bus and the bus left without me because apparently I was not in the passenger list. I had paid the ticket and had it in my hand but the driver forbid me from getting in the bus. After complaining multiple times, they still won't give me a full refund. I wouldn't recommend travelling with this company to anyone.
We booked Ouibus from Marseille to Nice…
We booked Ouibus from Marseille to Nice about a month prior to the trip. The bus was not as advertised with extra leg room etc - it was a regular motor coach.
Our seats were assigned one hour via telephone app prior to departure and our bus driver had the manifest as well - he was very professional and courteous.
The poor rating is related the Ouibus logistics at the bus terminal. We arrived about an hour before our departure, I tried to find the departure time and platform number on the video display terminal (VDT) and couldn't see it, there are about 15 or more platforms outside the terminal. I called Ouibus and they confirmed the bus was on time, I explained that the trip was not on the VDT and they blew it off as a technical glich. So now I am looking for the departure platform.
My wife went to the train/bus station information counter and they directed us to a train platform?? They also said that Ouibus is not part of the main network and its departure time are not posted to on their VTR as they are a private company. So we venture out to the platform area and start asking bus drivers where we could find our platform - someone directed us to platform 15 and low and behold there was a Ouibus sticker on a post. We weren't the only ones searching...
Here's the fun part - a Ouibus enters the terminal but parks at a diffierent location and offloads passengers. Everyone thinks this is our bus and a herd of people (us included) run over to the bus assuming it is ours - not so. So everyone (with luggage in hand) runs back to platform 15 again. There is still hope for humanity as everyone laughed and cursed about the ordeal and were willing to help each other out. The bus driver showedup a few minutes later and off we went.
One can only laugh after such an experience because everything ended up ok, I cannot endorse this company and will not use them in the future.
Either a bad driver or a badly advertised service.
Aside from several delays to the journey because the driver didn't know how to operate a paper register at Dover port, several shunts at high speed that nearly threw a kid out of their seat despite wearing a seatbelt, not taking a family's tickets because he couldn't read them or scan them (until having them translated) and breaking the door of a coach rented from another company while setting off from Amsterdam, I'd say the lack of charging spots as advertised by third party booking partners was the biggest lie of all.
Also doesn't help when the driver is boasting about how he can grab as much money from new passengers as possible and inflate prices, right outside the coach where most of the passengers can hear him...
London Victoria station-Amsterdam
Direction: London Victoria station- Amsterdam
+ Safe travel
+ Clean bus
+ Arrival with minimal delay ( 10 min).
+Good driver, ( he was strict , but is itsn't negative, the rules are rules.
+Cheap ticket
- no wifi connection
-no usb
-departures with 20min delay without information or notification.
- live tracker updates on the website doesnt work.
-the clock inside the bus didn't work properly.
I think ,wifi and usb it is the minimum comfort standards for international routes.
King regards,
Michal.
We travelled from Amsterdam to Brussels…
We travelled from Amsterdam to Brussels on June, 9th 2019 with 10.30am bus. The bus came exactly at 10.30am and driver is so stupid and works like snail. And on top of that, VERY RUDE! what kind of bus that doesn't allow the passengers to carry food item in the bus? My dad and myself have gastritis and we have to keep eating every 3 hours. This is gonna be the last time I'm ever going to board on this company, even if you give me the ticket free of charge, I WON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE ANYMORE.
Cancel trips and don't give back your money!
They simply cancelled the journey for not reason.
THEY GIVE THE MONEY BACK IN 8 WEEKS!!!!!!
I have used this company twice
I have used this company twice. I have to agree I am not sure why all the bad reviews. The drivers were friendly and helpful. The buses did arrive slightly later than expected; however, I did receive text messages to give me the expected time. The only annoying factor being the ferry company who caused a delay, this was not the fault of the driver. All in all a good and convenient experience . Clean toilets on board and toilet breaks. As a single female traveller, I felt looked after.
