Without Ideal Schools in my corner, I would not have been able to study to the standard required to pass my ICB Levels 2 & 3 Certificates in Bookkeeping & Accounts (using Xero).
Every step of the way the support from the Ideal Schools tutors helped me to keep my focus over the two-year course.
It can feel really daunting getting out of your comfort zone and learning a new skill, but with the professional and friendly help just a phone call or email away, plus the amazing Ideal Schools Student Facebook page, my studies were a very enjoyable experience. Having now passed Level 3, it is not the end of my study, but the start of more study and great training and support with Ideal Schools.

Staff is really helpful and the Tutor is really nice.

I completed the ICB bridging course with ideal schools. The support I received was amazing and there was a quick turnaround to marking assignments. Every time I phoned for help there was someone on the other end of the phone to assist with me.

I will definitely be returning for further studies with them in the future.

I've been studying with Ideal Schools since around 2015 and worked my way through to just completing my final exam of Corporation Tax. It's been thoroughly enjoyable, very hard at times but the Tutors are so supportive and helpful. The Tutors and the Administration staff respond quickly to queries and I could honestly not recommend them enough.

I recently completed ICB Level 4 in Corporate Tax (which follows on nicely from Level 4 Drafting Financial Statements), and achieved a distinction with great support from Ideal School's tutor, Louise. I must mention also the fantastic support from the school itself which includes a team who are always available to chat to, digital and hard copy access to all course materials (posting folders all the way to Calabria, not an easy feat!), and a very active Facebook group with help and advice for newbie and experienced ICB bookkeepers alike.

I've completed all of my ICB studies through Ideal Schools, recently passing two of the Level IV Diploma Units (Financial Statements and CTax). The tutors are always very quick to respond and the practise papers/progress tests are excellent at preparing you for the real exams. There are two Facebook groups for study support and working in practise support which are a great community where you can support eachother. I highly recommend Ideal Schools.

I completed (and passed with distinction!) the Payroll Management course. The sudy notes folders were concise and well laid out and you get full Sage software (no trial version!) . My thanks to tutor Nicky for such quick marking and replies to emails. Thank you to Brian and the admin team members I spoke to for exam booking etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Ideal Schools - made studying quite enjoyable again! I am looking to do the accounting qualifications next..

After spending some time searching the internet and looking for a good school and courses I’ve come across Ideal Schools. There are many different providers out there but deciding who to go ahead with can sometimes be quite difficult. I decided to study with Ideal Schools as I got attracted by lots of positive comments, variety of courses available as well as prices. I’ve now completed level 3 Bookkeeping&Accounting with them and I have to say they know the stuff and are keen to help whenever needed. Tutors don’t take long to review your assignments and are there to help you with any topic. I studied while in full time job so most of my assignments were completed in the evenings and often late night, and to my surprise most of them have been marked and returned next day. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone interested in doing some courses. Thank you Ideal Schools

I had brilliant help and support from all the team at Ideal Schools. I rang up a lot and the team always did their best to help me out. They all want you to succeed and no question is deemed a waste of time. I do feel my achievement so far is down to picking Ideal Schools as a training provider.

This is the best choice for bookkeeping.
It was a great experience from the begining, easy to apply, monthly payments and well structured course, easy to follow even if English is my second language.
The tutors are friendly and helpful and the students facebook page it's a plus.
I'm nervous when I take an exam, but I know I am ready thanks to all the assignments and mocks.
I have recommended to friends already and I am myself finished level 2, just started level 3. 🥇

The ideal school team were amazing. Very helpful, fast to reply and genuinely lovely (typical humble Glaswegian) people. The course work is worded very well, easy to follow and you are pretty much guaranteed to pass if you follow it. Couldn't have been easier.

Some of the hardest exams set by ICB, all passed with Ideal Schools. Well laid out courses backed by knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to tutors.

Having passed exams to both Associate and full Member levels with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers thanks to the help of Ideal Schools, I have now passed the Payroll Management diploma too!

As I've said before, if you want to join the ICB or the AAT, I'd highly recommend Ideal Schools if you're looking for remote tutoring. They will be with you all the way, and have helped me at every turn (regardless of how badly I thought I was doing at various points!).

I started with Ideal Schools in June 2020, studying on their Platinum Package. This is great as that's it, all tuition, all exams all in at a pretty good price and great terms. I worked at my own pace, which was pretty fast at first as I wasn't working and quite slowly over the past year as I am working (ICB L3 Quals made that possible). Tutors always approachable, informative and friendly.

I used Ideal School to train for my ICB Level 2 certificate in Bookkeeping. They course content was perfect, with lots of practice papers to complete, making it very easy to pass the exam. When phoning Ideal Schools the staff were always extremely helpful and the tutors returned submitted work very quickly with the right amount of feedback. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Ideal, as it has taken me quite a while to complete this due to work & other commitments & COVID. They have been brilliant & understanding & let me extend my studies accordingly. They have been quick to answer any queries, markings on assessments & patient with any questions.

Just completed the ICB Entrance Course (the one where you move from AAT to ICB) and was pleased with the course material and support. As far as I can tell, there are not many outfits that offer a course tailored to this transition and this was a good overall package.
I had previously tried to do this as self study but was getting nowhere.
They were also very helpful in creatively sorting out some admin problems with ICB early on.
