Not so Ideal after all
Bought a bathroom unit and on delivery one of the glass shelves was missing. Trying to get a response from them for the past two months re replacement shelf and they choose to ignore us. The unit wasn't exactly cheap so you would expect good customer service. Would not recommend and we will never buy any of their products again.

Hugely impressive customer service.
With a plumber in situ I needed an old range of taps identified. I rang and spoke to Paul in Ideal Standard’s customer service. He said if I could supply a photograph he would get back to me. True to his word, within two minutes of me sending the email I received a reply with the taps identified and a link for a replacement cartridge. Outstanding.

Do not buy their products had three baths they all have more than s 5mm bow in the bath. So you can never get a straight edge. Their customer service say that this is normal as all their products are not straight. What a bunch of clowns. !!! Taking them to court now!

Beautiful products if you can get any that aren't damaged
Ordered Ideal Standard Concept for 2 new bathrooms. 2 toilets, 2 bidets, 2 basins and a bath complete with taps, shower screen and accessories. Half of everything delivered was either damaged or had manufacturing defects. Have just rejected the 4th bidet and 2nd bath. Products are sent out without adequate protective packaging. Very dissappointed that Ideal Standard have let their standards drop so low. The 1 bathroom we have been able to complete with the Concept range is brilliant. Hopefully we will eventually get a bath delivered that isn't scratched or with a corner broken and our 2nd bathroom will look as good as the first.

Very quick and efficient - impressive customer service
I ordered 2 bathroom suites via the Ideal Standard discontinued lines website. Ideal Standard responded quickly and told me that a company would be in touch shortly to arrange delivery, which they were almost immediately.
When the delivery arrived, unfortunately one of the basins was broken into two pieces. It was late Friday afternoon and I rang but could not get through to Ideal Standard so I sent them an email. First thing on the next Monday morning I received an email apologising for the damage and that a replacement was on its way. This arrived by courier the day after I received the email.
I also sent an enquiry from the web page about products on two occasions and they responded extremely quickly.
