Purchased 3 brickheadz cases for my Star Wars Lego. Look great and backgrounds are awesome with little tags for character names which you can order some and personalise which I will be doing next order

Absolutely incredible display case, it brings the entire breakout scene to life in the most amazing way!
The space inside is perfect and recommend the printed background as it transforms the whole setup into a proper cinematic moment. It genuinely looks like a scene lifted straight out of the movie!
Overall, this case is fantastic and takes the display from “nice model” to jaw‑dropping centrepiece. Highly recommended!

Just received my Hot Tub Stormtrooper display case in super quick time (unlike some other suppliers) and it’s absolutely perfect. Fit, finish and design are spot on. Genuinely delighted.

Ordered for the Titanic. Arrived in good time but unfortunately two corners broke in transit. Emailed Brixbox with photos. Sent out replacement sides now all built with Titanic inside.

Lead time was a little longer than first advised but I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. Really well made with an excellent finish and easy to assemble.

Got my display case for the lord of rings Balrog set. I have been choosing the display case from many companies like wicked bricks. But this display case definitely has the best features. It brings the Balrog Lego set to another level, makes it completely 3D and match the movie scene so well. I’m so impressed from the quality of the display case as well, every corner clicks well and perfectly.

Also the customer service is very professional and helpful. Would recommend whoever is looking for a nice display case to protect their Lego set.

In short, amazing Build Quality, BUT very questionable Quality Control and Customer Service.

As background, I buy Lego display cases from many different online companies for public displays. I use many different suppliers simply because they can have a wide-range of lead-times (as others have commented) and so can be difficult to judge delivery dates.

There is no doubt that Brixbox produce fantastic quality and detailed display cases. But my recent experience with them has been awful. Receiving my £155 product after 5 weeks (as expected) and exquisitely wrapped. I opened it to find several scratched Perspex panels; loads of scuff on the decals - Couldn’t believe it! In short, I needed a replacement display case which would have probability taken another 5 weeks!

For transparency; I did send an angry email right away, and got a response to send pictures of the damaged panels for replacement. To date, it has been over 20 days and many subsequent emails to prompt them, but I have had no further response from Brixbox and/or no replacements sent….. Basically they are a blackhole….

Ironically, I have since displayed my Lego model using this Brixbox display case, in which I highlight the supplier and their purchasing info. It was covered in very visible scratches of which many people commented….

Sorry Brixbox, I did try to avoid this! Would however be grateful if you could actually respond so I don’t waist £155…

Well worth the wait. Took little longer due to waiting for the connectors to ship in but kept me informed during process. The package was well protected and the assembly was straight forward. Well made and looks stunning

The case once complete looks good but the whole experience to get there was nothing short of horrible. The case took nearly 8 weeks to arrive after stating it’ll be 2-5 weeks on the website. I had multiple unanswered emails until there was confirmation email saying there was no connector cubes. Another 2/3 weeks later it finally shipped. The case itself was incredibly hard to put together with none of the pieces fitting together and having to be smashed in due to the holes not being big enough. Even had to try sand down some pieces to make them fit due to lazy cutting of the plastics. Overall the experience was not at all what was expected for the premium price tag and most likely will not use the service again.

The display looks great, especially with the amazing printed base and background. It was easy to assemble, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

A regular customer of BrixBox due to their fantastic customer service and products. I just received my case for Set 40806. The quality is just as good now as when I got my first case. I can't wait to order and get my next case! No better company out there!

Only ever had 1 issue with the quality a while back and the support staff sent a replacement panel out immediately.

there is sometimes a delay between ordering and receiving your product as quality takes time, one thing that stands out with BrixBox is their transparency of updating you when there are delays in their production or packaging.

I recently purchased the Brixbox display case for the LEGO Star Wars UCS AT‑AT, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is absolutely outstanding — the acrylic panels are crystal clear, solid, and feel genuinely premium. The setup was surprisingly easy too. All the pieces fit together cleanly, and the instructions were straightforward. It only took a short time to build, and the end result is incredibly sturdy.
