Service generally good

Service generally good. But the signal is week, I have to go outside sometimes to make or take a call. I have to put phone in battery saver and airplane modes overnight or it's dead in the morning. When I first started with ID Mobile signal seemed better. The signal is ok if I'm outside, but I have to keep phone by window to use inside.

Great price and allowances compared to…

Great price and allowances compared to previous contract when I joined iD in February. Just disappointed that having been referred by my wife we were promised a credit to each account. This never happened. I would have switched anyway so nothing lost and nothing gained I suppose!
