I'll be honest, i had taken my ring to a few other places to sell but none of them gave me any price comparable to what i received from I Do Now I Don't. I couldnt be happier with my experience. I was skeptical from some of the other reviews, but they exceeded my expectations. Sold my ring, got my money for it and now ready to move on with my life!

I wanted to reach out and thank you. We recently purchased an
engagement ring from you. I have to be honest my Boyfriend was a bit nervous.
I was able to work with Julie and she went above and beyond to make sure we
got the ring in time for my Birthday. Customer Service is a crucial part of a
business that is often overlooked especially over the phone. Julie made this

I am a retired jeweler who needed to sell a few diamond rings. Knowing the industry and prices. Colleagues had told me about I Do Now I Don’t, that they are able to get great prices. I was doubtful but gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised that they got me a great price and the process and payment all happened easily. As someone in the diamond business I recommend I Do Now I Don’t to anyone wanting to sell. They are great in my experience!

I've used IDNID as both a buyer and a seller, and the experience was terrific each time. The website is easy to navigate and the instructions are simple to follow when the item is sold. Once the item gets to the gemologist, it's thoroughly inspected to ensure its quality and even appraised! Customer service is also super friendly and very responsive. I'm extremely pleased with my experience and give IDNID my highest recommendation.

I was able to reach someone on the phone easily, and they helped rush my order's inspection and delivery. I would buy from this company again. I was hesitant at first.
It is wise to do your outside research on Cut, Clarity, Carats, and Color for the offered items you are interested in. Prices from the seller can change. You should contact the sellers and ask questions, and even negotiate if you feel the price is too high.

I bought my wife's engagement ring through Chris Del Gatto at I Do, Now I Dont, and not only was the experience a pleasurable one, but also a very affordable one. Since the purchase, I have recommended many of my friends to go to Chris and Each has been very happy. Highly recommend.

IDoNowIDont made a terrifying process easy and secure. I'd previously had bad experiences either because of price or simply unprofessionalism. This was not the case with I Do Now I Dont. They arranged for my 3 carat diamond to be shipped to their offices free and insured. They made me an offer that was much better than other Jewelers and the payment process was incredibly easy. If you have a diamond and want the best price and you're a nervous type as I am. This is the company for you! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I admit I was scared to send my jewelry in the mail, but I do now I don’t made it easy and I felt secure because there was so much interaction with customer service.
I was happy with the price I got for my 2 carat engagement ring - waaaay more than I ever thought I would ever get after I tried to resell my ring at local jewelry stores and gold buying places in my neighborhood. I was just going to leave the ring in the drawer, but this website changed all that for me.

I highly recommend "I Do Now I Don't" to anyone looking for an engagement ring. After my initial purchase of a ring on the site did not go through as planned, Joshua Opperman (CTO & Marketplace President) contacted me personally with a few other options that he e-mailed to me. One of the rings that he showed me was absolutely perfect.

Joshua, had the ring at their office in New York and assured me that the diamond was beautiful in person, and he worked with me to provide the ring within my budget. Joshua had the ring resized for me and coordinated delivery to meet my schedule.

I received the ring yesterday and the ring was even more stunning in person than in the pictures. I am very thankful for Joshua's help in making my experience a great one. This is a company that truly believes in providing great customer service.

To be honest I was nervous at first when putting my rings on the internet. However, I had a wonderful experience. I had my rings on the site for about 6 weeks, had a few offers I was not interested in and then I was contacted by Mara, the Vice President, who had a client interested in my rings. I sent my rings to IDoKnowIDont (with the insured shipping label they provided) and they handled the rest, while Mara kept me in the loop. Her client fell in love with my rings and purchased them for full price. Mara even had my check delivered 2 day delivery since she worked with me personally. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their diamonds.

Great service, they rushed a shipment to me at my request and it was very much appreciated. The ring I purchased is fantastic and is just as described. I will likely buy all my jewelry from them in the future!

This site was super easy to use. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I read through the reviews and decided to create an account. Unfortunately I needed to sell my wedding rings and I wanted to get some sort of money for them. I was able to upload my photos and paper work without a problem. Within a week my rings sold...and for exactly what I had asked for. I was very pleased with their customer service, as I had sent a few emails to them and they responded right away which was great. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking to sell their rings or any other kind of jewelry.

I sold a ring that is no longer worn. idobutnowidont.com. It took about a year before a buyer contacted me and negotiated a price. I mailed in the ring to idobutnowidont.com and had to wait about 3 months to get a check from the time they received our ring. idobutnowidont.com takes a hefty 20% fee, which is substantial and the seller has to pay for the shipping to idobutnowidont.com. It took weeks of following-up to get the check, which was the most frustrating part of the process. Looks like they purposely delay things to hold on to the cash as long as possible.

The website's great, but be cautious while selling.
Overall, great customer service.

My experience with this company was very positive. When you are trying to sell jewelry I would recommend them. I was hesitant and cautious as one should be when involved in this type of transaction. The sale was initiated in December and completed 2 months later. Everyone I spoke with was kind and considerate. A huge thanks goes to Julie, Laila, and Josh (owner). They were all professional, most helpful, and understanding. Please know that the sale and purchase are a process; your items are verified and authenticated so that both buyer and seller are happy.
