Such an easy and safe way to sell your ring. I sold my diamond engagement ring on I Do Now I Don't and everything went smoothly. Customer service and Josh (who is one of the co-founders) was great and very responsive and helpful throughout this process. Listing my ring was super easy, and within the same day I started receiving messages from interested buyers and it sold fast. I like how safe the site is, all communication is done through their website and once the buyer paid for the ring, all I had to do was ship it to I Do Now I Don't - and they took care of the rest. They authenticated it and sent it securely to the buyer and then sent me the money. It was such an easy transaction and it gave me the peace of mind knowing my ring was being handled by professionals until it reached the buyer. I didn't have to worry about getting scammed if I had to tried to sell it myself. I highly recommend using I Do Now I Don't if you're trying to sell your engagement ring and want to get a fair price for it and not have to worry about the hassle of selling it on your own.

If you’re having trouble selling any jewelry you don’t wear then I highly recommend this place. I had a hard time selling my engagement ring, my local jewelers wouldn’t give me a decent price whatsoever. My item sold within 3 weeks at my asking price on I Do Now I Dont. I found a Tiffany bracelet that i’ve been dying for as a birthday gift and for a really good price. The time frame was as accurate as stated and I got my item verified and shipped to me rather quickly, I was updated every step of the way.. Would definitely buy from here again :)

I would highly recommend this website to anyone who needs to sell their ring. I tried local jewelers and other sites like Worthy and had a bad experience so i was hesitant to try another site. But i ended up calling I do now I don't's and their experts walked me through the whole process and it was way easier than I expected.

I couldn't sell my custom engagement ring anywhere. When purchasing it, I clearly didn't have a strategy to sell it in mind. Called the wedding off to realize I was now screwed in more ways than one. I got embarrassing offers for the ring from jewelers and anyone I could find in the business. Then I heard about "I Do Now I Don't." I laughed at the name – because it's hilarious and genius. Sure enough, selling the ring was now within my control and I had a real marketplace to determine the value of the ring (aka WHAT SOMEONE WILL PAY FOR IT... not the crazy range of what "industry folks" told me it was "worth" – only to find them offering 10% of that price to me).

Highly recommend the service if you find yourself in the love bind with a ring that has no use anymore.

After trying to sell my ring on various other websites a friend told me about idonowidont.com who had previous success there. Even though it took a month to finally sell I received a great price for it and now have successfully sold 2 other items as well.

The first few things I sold went relatively smoothly. I sent in the item, insured, with signature confirmation, and a week or so later the check was received. This time the evaluation took a very long time and I was counting on the timely payment for monetary commitments, so they rushed the payment by paypal. I look forward to selling the remaining items I have on the site.

I shopped my diamond ring around locally and was really bummed out with the offers I received. Most jewelry stores only offered me a consignment option (one had a 50% commission) and the few that offered me cash really low balled me. A co-worker told me about this website and I was able to sell my ring for twice what the jewelers offered me. Just got my check in the mail and it’s going towards my bathroom reno. Happy with the process overall and happy to be finally done with selling this ring!

Their customer service is great. I was a little last minute and my item was taking a bit to be appraised and they rushed the order for me and had it out quickly enough on next day air shipping to ensure that I would have it in time for my engagement party. They were very communicative and extremely reliable!!!

From the start, the website is hard to navigate, outdated. The seller commissions are extremely high. 20% for $500-$5,000
The lack of communication from the company is unacceptable for shipping off expensive jewelry and having to trust they are going to hold up on their end.

I never received automatic updates on the status of my transaction. No tracking number sent for the check. The customer service emails are extremely unprofessional. Does not feel like they give a rats a- - about their customers experience.
And if there are Jewish holidays, don’t expect them to send out an update about the gemologist lab being closed. Overall, I’d rather go to a pawn shop and be done with it.

I began this process skeptical as a seller. The diamond I was selling had been appraised two different times by reputable appraisers and both were extremely impressed with it. I posted it for sale and was getting offers at less than 25% the retail which I did not accept. Finally, I got an offer at 30% of the retail price and I relented and accepted. With much, much much hesitation I sent the ring. They came back 6 days later and the seller then offered me half the original offer because it appraised two levels below on color. Seriously, sorry,but I don't believe it. Delgatto makes a commission and they're trying to tell me my diamond is not as good as the professional claimed it was. Sorry, I'm not buying into that. I demanded my diamond be sent back and now I'm terrified that it won't be my original diamond. I'll never use a service like this again, too shady and you don't have any deposits or guarantees that your jewelery is safe. I'm hoping I get the same ring back and now will have to go and get it re-appraised to see if it is the same. I took tons of pics and so did the original appraiser. I hope I can recoup my losses. Never again.
