The course was thorough and relatively easy. I completed it in 3 sessions. My only complaint is why is there a $10 charge to get the e-certificate, it should be included in the price of the course!

It was worth the time and effort, and the reduction of my car insurance.
Great information. But, way too much time involved. It would be better if you could work at your own pace.

Too slow, I have average reading speed and comprehension and I read a book while waiting for the timer. Not sure who dictates content - sections regarding eye disease, RVs and maintenance- excessive !!! See your eye Dr annually and maintain auto by following schedule - all you should know.

As for the timing, our course is set so that students can complete a certain amount of hours per day; we know the timers can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the state does require all providers to ensure students don’t fly through the course too quickly. Informative information but for most a person doesn’t need 3 minutes to read and understand it. Speed it up please.

Having the page timer so one cannot turn to the next page until the correct time is up would not be necessary. Very frustrating to have to wait for those who can read faster than others. That being said, I did learn things from the class that I either did not know or had forgotten from when I first took my driver's license test.

You should use some videos instead of the static written word for the entire training. Also provide the ability to work through faster for those who can process and read at a greater pace.

There was a lot to remember. But otherwise it wasn’t that bad.
