But I am very happy that IF staff was so transparent and honest regarding the recent claim that I had. I was so glad to take my Home and Car insurance at IF Sweden. IF Insurance is the best
IF Insurance is the best, by far! The were so swift in replying and so effective! I needed to claim from a travel insurance after my luggage was distroyed and they were really helpful!

Professional attitude
From reporting the claim to making a decision on the burglary claim, IF Insurance has maintained a high level of professionalism. I currently have all my insurances with IF and would highly recommend them.

Hi Guys,
Better not choose this insurance company! They only care about getting your money richer but not helping you when you have an issue. I had a stolen phone case. I took a lot of effort to find all the supporting documents and in the end, they said they can't give me any compensation.
Find something better!

puncture tires replacement will increase premium
Lot of waiting time in phone and provided option to call back after waiting a long time.
Unsatisfied regarding claim handling. I was informed by customer care that premium will increase for replacing punctured tires (which can happen to anyone and has nothing to do with driving skills).

IF is great insurance company
I had health insurance at IF while living in Latvia and had a great experience with them, such as you can quickly reaching customer service and getting support.
Now, in Sweden, I have bought new home insurance which also was easy on their website. I hope for another good experience :)

It is simple that I only need to report…
It is simple that I only need to report the case and drive the car to the factory to repair. Rentaled car for the short term replacement is also provided. But the whole duration is a bit long. After I have reported the case to the insurance, it needs some time (three weeks for my case) before I can send the car to be repaired.
