THE WORST SUPPORT AND SERVICE EVER

The experience I had with this hosting provider was one of the most horrible I have had. I have used their service for one year, until today. I will admit that during that time I had no issues. However, in the past few months it has only gone downhill. At first, it started with my emails going to spam that I sent dying in spam filters, because their IP was blacklisted. Eventually, after a few times going back and forth, they sometimes making the issue worse. I came to the conclusion that my tenure with ifastnet was ending. I tried showing them the issues but they couldn't do anything. Then I get an invoice from them. A few days ago I informed them that I wanted to cancel. First of all, I was charged $15 even though the due date didn't arrive. Then magically once a customer leaving was a risk the problem was allegedly "solved". I still doubt this. I've reitered 5 times that I WANTED TO CANCEL. Instead like yes men they are saying like"oh look no problem! All good! Yay!" After 5 times, using capital letters, getting angry with them they finally close my subscription. Phew! Glad I'm longer with them.

We can provide a new IP address for your email sending if required on requests in a support ticket this is a service we provide to any customer who has problems sending emails I'm sorry that's this option may not have been given to you at the time but it is provided by ourselves for anyone with similar issues like yourself.

Bad support, was a longtime client

I've been their client for years, and one day they just blocked me. When I logged a support ticket to ask why, they told me one of my subdomains was marked as suspicious. After investigating, it turned out they were right in a way: One of my private subdomains that was used as a staging env for small clients had its wordpress installation breached. What did they do? They removed everything, from all my domains, especially from my main one, including all the business emails, my private keys for accessing my password manager and so on. I explained to them what needs to be deleted and why, but it all amounted to nothing, lost way too much from that experience and the support guy just didn't care at all, even though I wasn't posing any kind of risk to their reputation, or whatever their reasoning was.

I started hosting transfer to ifastnet…

I started hosting transfer to ifastnet - but had to cancel - this was 10/11/2022 - I was informed that REFUND was being processed - - Come 05-December - 2022, they did not cancel the account - instead thy continued to remove hosting fees from my account

Messy platform

It is relatively easy to sign up and subscribe to their services but the hell brakes loose when you need to cancel the subscription. You need to open a ticket to ask for that and your invoices will keep piling until they cancel it.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I tried to write a script for visitor logs, but they suspended my account. When I contacted support, I was informed that I abused the rules. I answered that It was a simple script that was not harm to anybody, I tried to be polite as much as possible. Their response was even harsher and they closed the conversation. They did not allow me to resolve the situation. Such an arrogance and stupidity, I warn everyone to put time and work to be hosted on their servers.

Great support

I had remote/local file intrusion problem(i had exactly the same issue 4 years ago), the support was in touch all these days to assist me.
I'm working with ifastnet for more than 6 years unstoppable and with its free version since 2011

Its free hosting until they randomly block your website

The free Hosting plan hosted by iFastnet (and sold by byet, infinityfree, etc.) is not useable for anything other than testing.

Your Site gets deativated if it gets to less traffic and you don't pay attention, the Servers are Unreliable and really slow plus the knockoff cpanel is just really bad

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE use good Webhosting. Neither from iFastnet or their Free Hosting Resellers (like byet and infinityfree)

There is no better

I don't usually give reviews, but this time I feel like doing it, they deserve it
Exceptional hosting quality, I've never experienced any lag or server down issues
Exceptional support, very friendly and respond in record time, often respond after less than a minute, I had no problems at any time
I dare say unlimited features, I always found what I needed
I did some speed tests with the old hosting I used, with ifastnet I have an immediate answer
They offer hundreds of pre-configured, very useful, installable third-party services, I've been using several for about a year and I'm having a great time
I tried to attack my hosting to verify its stability under pressure, there is not the slightest lag

5 stars in every respect

The best hosting website

I have tried many sites that work with the same systems, but I did not find anything more beautiful than this page in terms of prices, services, and ease of use. It also provides a quick response to users when they request support. I really liked this site called Ifastnet. I invite everyone but advise them to use this wonderful site to facilitate their projects and electronic businesses that depend mainly on the domain I will give it a 5/5 stars rating

Best and cheapest hosting

I bought the 4.99$ plan or whatever the price is ( yeah i have bad memory lmao ), the support is very good, fast & helpful, every error i had like being charged twice, they told me a fix for it that always worked. Recommend 10/10

I switched from pro free host to …

I was sceptical at first as it looked like a scam but I thought I would try it.

I was with pro free host which was awful and switched to Ifastnet for my site hosting which was seamless and took a few days.
I had a few issues but totally my error, they sorted my SSL after expired, My domain that I no longer needed and other issue.
I love the support teams speed to reply and solve issues even on the weekend!

The website takes around 3-4 seconds to load which is pretty decent for my small businesses website.

my collaboration with Ifastnet has been…wonderfull

my collaboration with Ifastnet has been very interesting. The team is always available to answer any question I may have. During the confinement period, they were even more attentive to our needs and always had a kind word for our families.
Our collaboration stops today because of the pandemic, but we are already on another project and we intend to take back our subscription at Ifastnet for a long journey together.

Shady methods like…

They work with shady methods like spamming every keyword related to host and trying to catch flies in their huge net of affiliates, YouTubers that sold their moms for $$$, "Free hosting" scams....be very very alert and don't let them your money.
Almost every free hosting is part of this shady company
like infinityfree, ProFreeHost, Byte and many others.

They should change the name to IVerySlowNet.com fast isn't a thing with them...1 minute plus loading the main page.

*I wonder about the dragon logo...any ties to china you want to disclose ?
