Worst gifting experience ever. I ordered flowers and a birthday cake for my husband, but he never received them. There was no proof of delivery, no photos, and no satisfactory explanation. Customer support claimed the order was delivered to someone else, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for a birthday surprise that never reached the intended recipient. Very disappointed with the service and handling of the complaint.

Worse service ever. I'll recommend everyone to use another gifting provider than IGP. We ordered couple of gifts and both were not available for delivery. Even though we have cancelled both orders, they partially deliver one order. And now they are saying the whole order has been delivered. Really bad experience and please don't waste your money. As we have donated those money to the company now.

I ordered and the delivery time is 11am to 3pm, but i didn't received my order and the application saying that the order is delivered already. I called customer service but they didn't even know what happen. There is no option to refurnd or anything. They even didn't given any option. I think this is a scam. My bad i didn't check the reviews first. Hope this will not happen to others, don't buy in this website.

Pepole please dont order any gift from these crooks. I arranged party for my friend and his wife for their wedding anniversary and ordered cake. Cake never arrived and they didnot bother to inform me so that we could have made arrangements. Finally we had to do without cake cutting. These people are capable of single handedly destroying your partys and they dint understand why people people order cakes for birthdays and anniversaries. Their customer guys so horrible and they only know to say we will refund.

The price and bouquet quality does not match. They cut it very small. Lots of packaging and less flowers. Eventually I didn't find the worth. This is first time I used it and probably the last time.

One of my order is not delivered yet. It was suppose to be delivered on 21st May and today its 2nd June, still do not know what is going on and they will not solve your problem.

This is very frustrating and a special occasion is spoilt because of them. Completely untrustworthy. They charge the money and don’t deliver the products and there is no option to cancel or refund. It’s a test of patience! I am going to file legal complaint

I live in the UK, I have very little options to send gifts back in India. I ordered cake and flowers on Mother’s Day, the delivery driver did not deliver my gift and instead asked money from my mom saying its unpaid. My mom refused to give any money saying its not possible (ofc) he took the order back and marked delivered. Horrible customer service, never using IGP again, they are also deleting comments on their Instagram account. But I am a youtuber and I will definitely make a video of my experience

Took all the money and customer care went silent when asked for updates on the refund.

Disappointing experience.
I ordered a birthday cake for my friend in the UK on the 26th at around 3 AM UK time, specifically choosing this company because they showed same-day delivery availability.
The only communication I received was an email later that evening saying the cake I originally ordered was unavailable and asking me to settle for a different one. Since it was my friend’s birthday and I was desperate, I agreed.
It has now been 3 days, and there has been absolutely no further update regarding delivery. I even emailed yesterday asking for a status update and still haven’t received any response.
If you’re looking to make someone’s special day memorable, I would not recommend this service. The lack of communication and failure to deliver completely ruined the purpose of the order.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order for delivery between 9 AM and 1 PM, but the order never arrived. When I contacted customer service to check the status, my chat kept getting transferred between different representatives, none of whom could provide a clear update or resolve the issue.

Eventually, I was informed that due to technical issues the order could not be delivered, and I was promised that the refund would be credited to my wallet within 60 minutes. However, even the next day 25th May, no refund had been processed. I also tried reaching the team on WhatsApp, but received no response at all.

Very poor website experience and highly disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this platform to anyone, especially if timely delivery and your occasion is important to you.

I have been using this app for years. I am 100% satisfied. It’s so satisfying that happiness is transported to my family and friends in the packages.If some products were not satisfying it was called out and company did compensated for that.
Out of 10 orders 9 were of course over satisfactory and excellent quality.

Very disappointing and unsafe experience with IGP. A fungus-contaminated cake was delivered for our wedding anniversary celebration. This is not just poor service, it is a serious food safety issue that could affect health of family and guests. Even after sharing photos and complete order details, the response from IGP was insensitive and irresponsible. Instead of accepting accountability, they are hiding behind policies. Completely unacceptable quality control from a reputed brand. Consumers should be very careful before ordering food products from IGP.

Very disappointing experience with this company.

I placed an order worth CAD 23.50 and it was never delivered. I was told there was an “operational issue” and that the order could not be fulfilled. Despite this, only a partial refund of CAD 5.70 was processed, which is unacceptable for an order that was never delivered in the first place.

Getting any clear resolution has been extremely frustrating. There is no proper customer support number, and responses feel slow and repetitive without real solutions.

Overall, it feels like poor service, poor communication, and an unfair refund process. I would not recommend using this platform based on my experience.

Order place kiya IGP.com se, delivery kaafi slow thi, promised time se 2 din late aaya. Product packaging thodi damaged thi aur jo quality expect ki thi, wo bilkul nahi mili. Customer support bhi slow respond kar raha tha.

Overall, disappointed experience. Next time shayad kisi aur gifting site se order karenge.
