Illumalab order
I have ordered a product on 25 May 2020 and I am still waiting or my order. They do not answer any of my emails. It is as if they have disappeared from the face of the earth. Where can I report this company who stole my money?

Don't trust this company. They don't send you what you ordered and they don't respond. They ripped us off. They are a scam.

First of all I had to wait a long time for it to arrive. when it arrived the box was no longer neat. And it turns out that I paid for a product that you have to assemble yourself !! Also, the lamp was different from what it showed on the website. The buttons were different and it seemed much better quality. The quality is just cheap. I paid 40 euros for a lamp, so I expected a quality lamp that you no longer had to put together. So I contacted customer service because I wanted to return my lamp. I kept asking for the address I could send it back to but they don't answer that question. They dodged the question. After a while, they said that I need to send photo's of the lamp. Now I still don't have an answer. It's been more than 2 weeks since I asked the return address.

Update: It is now more than 1,5 month since I asked to return the product. They didn't respond with an address when I sent the pictures. Yesterday I got an email (after sending a lot of emails to ask why they didn't respond) saying I need to send more photo's and so I did. Hope this doesn't take longer.

Another update: I can't find their store anymore but I still haven't received an answer or my money. It's disgusting.

Fantastic professional, salon/dr office quality pen, not only beautiful and sturdy, it’s very precise. It comes in a beautiful small case, it has 2 tops, one corded and one chargeable, you can directly charge the top, without needing an extra top. The needles, are thinner and sharper, v shaped in comparison with the ‘cheaper’ pens cartridges. Sturdy, the turning mechanisme is perfect, and can’t, as with some other pens, accidentally ‘overturn’ which then makes the pen useless, the same for the dial for speed, to protect you don’t accidentally change it. Very user friendly. The needle cap, clicks and turns, into the pen and is very secure. It’s more expensive, yet, as I compared several pens and their cartridges. Illumas needles are still straight after use, whilst the cheaper pens usually have some bend needles after use. The mechanisme, up and down, clearly is stronger as well, (yes I made slowmo’s from different pens) and together with the more Thinner and vshaped needles, It can penetrate your skin easier and less painful. Then the vibration itself is less, And therefor more precise, so it truly goes up and down, and not vibrates in the skin. I assume with the right needle this pen would make a great and precise pen for PMU as well. The company is super professional, through natural kaos (YT) you can get an additional 10% off. Watch her video’s for in-depth review and how to use this pen. I have needled at higher debts, but for the first time with illuma, I used 0.5 -0.75 and 1,5 on the cheeks, and checking the results, it looks as if had needled at higher debts, so be careful. I assume this is due the needles are more precise, thinner and sharper to penetrate. The cartridges for own use, probably can be used, with the correct desinfection ofcourse, several times, the needles were still straight and sharp after first use. I ordered the nano cartridges as well, and it’s great to be able to use this lovely pen every day. Those are super short needles 0.2, and great to use for better absorption of serums. The customer service is friendly and professional, their shipping rates and times are awesome. I received it, from USA to Europe, in less then a week. They packaged it such I didn’t need to pay extra import taxes. Yes this pen is more expensive, but for the points mentioned it’s def worth it.
