I think the quality of service and…ease of the app were great
I think the quality of service and overall experience was great. I think one thing needs to be changed. I was not given a choice of having my originals returned. You charged me $40 to return my originals. I could understand if they were old photos. But my originals were old VHS tapes and 8mm film. Which I have no way of viewing. I would have liked to have been given a choice of just simply discarding them at no charge. Which is what I did once you shipped them back.

the quality was not very good on any of the videos we had converted from VHS - and too high price for digital enhancement - could get this part for free from an AI app.

Awesome Company
Sent a few VHS to Memories as well as an old reel of film. This company is so organized from sending the box to pack your photos, films and VHS to shipping it to the company that basically they do everything for you. The results are wonderful. I have used them twice and will continue to use them.

Have to pay a monthly fee to keep your videos
I wasn't aware that to keep watching the home videos you have to pay a monthly fee of $7.99. I thought it was quite expensive to get the home movies digitized but then to add the monthly fee of $7.99 on top of that to keep them is just crazy to me. Makes me sad.

what a scam
what a scam! costs $45 in shipping AND $ to scan 100 photos. Didn't even come with a thumb drive! I'll NEVER use them again. Better companies out there for less cost!

IMemories makes it so easy
IMemories makes it so easy. If you’re skeptical, don’t be! I could not watch my videos the way they were and they were doing me no good. Now, all of my family has been able to enjoy seeing all the old videos and my children have been so excited to see their births and many milestones I had actually forgot we even had. I was very pleased with how IMemories handled everything and they even mail back whatever you send in. I don’t regret doing this at all! Sent us someone else's digitized video and had to send back our video to get it digitized. Eventually did get things correct. Also gave us a break on the cost due to the mistake.
