Albeit expensive it is so worth putting all my photos, tapes, etc in the cloud. It's peace of mind.

Completely exceeded my expectations. Service was impeccable and the apps are incredibly easier to navigate and add additional information to each picture. I sent 100 slides in to test the service. I just sent an additional 300 more. Great experience all around.

The process is smooth and well defined. I was a bit nervous at first shipping my one of a kind memories but iMemories kept me well informed throughout the process. They were also unbelievably quick. So happy with the outcome that I just shipped my third box of tapes.

Several duplicates. One completely missing. Several obviously mislabeled. And when I finally reached someone in customer service, she was indifferent.

Very informative, they did a great job saving our memories from vhs tapes.

It was amazing how well our old movies looked after you digitized them. They were decades old yet it was like they were just filmed. I am grateful to be able to preserve them for my grandchildren and their children to enjoy. It is also nice that my grandchildren can see and know their great grandparents and other family members who died before they were born. Putting a face to a name. That is special.

My memories have been preserved as requested and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend IMemories to anyone wanting to update their old reels and tapes to a more savable format.
