Great service, prices and people
I have used the services of this shop on a few occasions. This time I took my daughters phone in for repair as she had dropped it, cracking the screen which had stopped the touchscreen from working. I took it in around 11.30am two days before Christmas. It was returned to us with a new screen, in full working order at 3.30pm the same day!! Great service and lovely people.

Very disappointed. Definitely wont recommend them for laptop repairs.
My experience with them has been really poor and I won’t recommend them to anyone. They dont seem to have a clear process in place and this was evident from the moment I dropped the laptop and more so when I collected it. Biggest concern was how they will match the MacBook to the online booking and whether I would actually get back the right laptop.
There was no feedback from their end and I had to continually call to follow up and only to receive very vague answers. After two weeks, I was told its ready for collection just to find it has the same issue I dropped it off with and a staff member who had no clue what was going on.
Maybe they are good at repairing phones but I will steer clear when it comes to anything else.
