Bought and paid for a special deal with the option my order would be delivered just before I required it. That is exactly what happened great service.
Even better the particle was fresh, it was still warm when it was delivered.

Product arrived in a good condition, no splits in any of the bags. Delivered fairly quickly too, very good value, can’t wait to try it in France in a couple of weeks time. Will definitely be ordering some more in a few months time.

Hi Jason, we are sorry to hear one of your parcels was damaged, from your tracking we can see one has arrived in perfect condition and apologise for the damage to the box caused to the other. We will escalate this to DPD. In regards to communication we are sorry you feel our communication is poor we aim to respond to our customers with 72 hours due to us being in our busy period. We do not package paper work in our boxes as we like to reduce our paper waste, all information can be found on your online confirmation.

I went with another company and was extremely disappointed, came back to yourselves and still very impressed I got the maize hemp and tiger mix very well proportioned well packed wont be going elsewhere.
