It's a gamble. Buy anywhere else if you can

Normally I wouldn't be writing such a negative review, as I have ordered from the store multiple times without an issue. Sure, the support was always atrocious, but the items were received and the returns were fairly quick (although expensive to send from other countries with no discounts from the store).

My last order however has been created 21 days ago. I've paid for faster dispatch. 14 days ago the order has been created with the Spring deliverer, but since then it hasn't moved at all. I've contacted support as usually after paying this faster dispatch I've had my order home in 7 days. It was created and then the next day or two it immediately started to update it's state and move closer. This has not been the case now though. So far I've sent 2 emails to the support and have been completely ignored. No response, just an automatic reply that my email was received. 14 days it's been and I've been completely left in the dark. That's unacceptable. I needed to file a chargeback with my bank and now I'm just hoping it'll go through. Would strongly advise buying here. While it's not a scam and they do usually send out the items, it's very clear that you might be unlucky and actually get stolen from and then ignored even after spending over 1000$ with them previously. No appreciation for customers at all.

I will leave my order number here in case they actually want to stop ignoring me and communicate like they should from the start.

When delivery costs more than the item

Insane delivery price for the longest delivery time (13 days) and in the end its not even courier delivery, you have to go to post office to pick it up yourself. Never have i ever had to pay 25eur for POSTAL delivery within EU.

Quality seems OK, but for the price.. no thanks.

This store is awful

This store is awful. I know they always take longer to ship, which is normally not a problem. But I’ve pre ordered two items, they emailed me with a shipping date. It’s well past that shipping date and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried to contact them but they don’t reply at all. Good thing I used Klarna lmao, I’ve paused the payment and will pay after I’ve received the goods because I just don’t trust them.

Good stuff, freight too expensive

There's a great selection of band merch, and I was very happy with the quality of the products. However, the freight was 25% of the total cost, which seemed like a lot to send two t-shirts.

Took 3 weeks to send my items out

Took 3 weeks to send my items out after begging them. They took so long that my items then went out of stock and then had had the nerve to lie and say their parcel had been lost so got a refund on items they took too long to send out. On top of the poor customer service I then got a bill of nearly £100 of tax import. Wouldn’t order from ever again.

Disappointing

Extremely disappointed with my most recent order. I've used Impericon for years and never had an issue until now. I was told my order was delivered, but it wasn't, and when I contacted customer services I was given a run around and told there was nothing they could do because it was marked as delivered on their end. I will not be using them again.

Terrible communication

So I placed an order of a tshirt and harness. The tshirt had a 2 week dispatch warning on the product screen. I recieved an email confirming my order 24/08. By the 07/09 I still hadn't received an email notifying me of shipment and the status of my order online remained as confirmed. I decided to email customer services. They replied within 24hrs to let me know that my order was being packaged ready for dispatch. By the 12/09 I still hadn't recieved a shipped email, and so I chased again. This time it took them 5 days to respond to my email, but they did provide me with a tracking number and link to track my parcel. When I went onto the tracking I could see that the courier service, GLS/Parcel Force had already attempted delivery twice and both times failed, no cards left either time. As per policy, after 2 failed attempts your parcel goes back to depot for 7 days. I contacted customer services again to discuss possibility of a refund. I was made aware that a refund was not possible until goods were received back. Looking into the tracking with Parcel Force, it stated my parcel was now at my local Royal Mail depot. I went, and they did not have my parcel - Parcel Force did. Luckily, I have managed to obtain my parcel from Parcel Force and it will be 4 weeks tomorrow since I ordered.
I don't think I will be ordering from Impericon again. Your range of products is wonderful, I rate the items I purchased of good quality. However, the complications with not receiving order updates and being made aware of shipment within time is what deters me from re-ordering. Shout out to Tilo in customer services, without them, I'd be none the wiser and wouldn't have my parcel today.

Over two months and still no delivery

I made an order on 8th July 2025. As of 15th September 2025 I do not have my order. The value of the order was £88.95 and ironically includes a £1.99 'Priority Handling - Faster Dispatch' fee.

I have visited the Impericon webpage from multiple devices but the link to 'contact' does not work. I have no idea how I am supposed to contact this company or how I can get my money back.

To be clear I have had one email from them to confirm my order on 8th July and NOTHING since.

Bad service. Bad company.

UPDATE: Package arrived on 10th October. Zero contact, apology or explanation from Impericon. Over three months for delivery. I will never use them again.

I have ordered almost 200 euros worth…

I have ordered almost 200 euros worth of clothing over a month ago. I contacted their support multiple times about it and have only received an answer once 9 days after placing the order. They told me it would be ready to ship within 14 days. its been a month since they said this. They never respond to my emails anymore and my account appears to be deleted.
