Would prefer more delivery options. Package was delivered well and I happened to be at home, but still Would be great to have more options.

I love that the option to pick up at ups was available. I took a chance ordering this item and I’m honestly so glad that I did. It’s been my favorite purchase yet! Will most definitely recommend this shop to anyone that asks!!

I love impericon, the service, the products and the deals they offer, but i was lowkey disappointed this time with my purchase (more on the personal side) since all my purchases were from the extreme metal scene and the surprise hoodie i got was from an Nu/trap metal band. Overall, I'd always recommend.

Zero! Avoid this store! Non-existent customer service! I placed an order at the beginning of May, and they sent me the wrong item. Okay, it can happen to anyone to make a mistake. I contacted them repeatedly, sending several emails that went unanswered (I didn't use the wrong address). I was willing to return it and receive the correct item instead, but obviously, there was no way I was paying the return shipping costs when the mistake was theirs. I never received a response, despite their acknowledgements ("We have received your request and thank you. We will get back to you as soon as possible! We usually respond within 48 hours. ») I'm still waiting... They don't take any responsibility. I would have been interested in other items, but obviously I will never order from them again. I finally contacted my bank and stopped the payment. But I never received the right beanie I ordered.

When you have a question the customer service answers immediately! Overall great quality shirts! Will order with impericon in the future!

Quick delivery & appropriately parcelled as usual. The Vinyl I ordered
is in best shape. Unfortunately the print on the shirt is not high-quality. It’s palpable by touching it, it also has a tiny spot where the print is already dissolving. I know they got other clothing in good quality but this particular one ain’t the same.

Ordered a pair of 9,5 uk size shoes, recieved the pair in a size 8. Emailed & phoned both uk and german office. No response and no answer for a week or so, looks like a lot of people with the same problem online. Previously used impericon loads of times with no problems but now I will not be using them ever again. Customer service is non existent and then have the nerve to ask for a review without following up my complaint. Absolute joke

Easy to order, good variety to choose from, prices on par with other retailers, only downside was the delivery times hence 4 star not 5.

1st order and last.

Placed an order on the 8th and was told at checkout that it would be dispatched within 48hr and delivered in 11 days.

Week goes by, no update so I email them and get a pretty speedy reply. Apparently a vinyl I ordered was needing to be made, would take 14 days, not pleased about it but fine.

16 days later, still no dispatch, email again, speedy reply again, vinyls aren’t expected in and they don’t know when my order will be dispatched. Looked at the vinyl manufactures website and they’re expecting next printing to be November. Not waiting that long so I emailed them asking them to ship what was in stock and refund the other items. Got a reply back, saying they’d refund the items as discussed and ship the rest and that I’d get an email when the order shipped.

Replied back asking if they could let me know if what items were going to be cancelled. No response. 2 hours later. I get an automated email saying my entire order had been cancelled. When I emailed again to ask what was happening as that’s not what I was told was going to happen in their last email, they ignored me again.

First time I’ve placed an order with them, was a big order and was looking forward to receiving it as it was a birthday gift from my parents but it’s just been one issue after another with them. Would not recommend using. Really disappointed that this seems to be the only place in Europe to get merch from smaller bands from now.

Product selection is great, however it took a long time to receive my order and having paid £12 for p&p I’d expect to have had 1 a faster dispatch than 3 weeks later and 2 better tracking. Other retailers are able to offer much faster shipping from EU to UK for similar or less.

Not the quickest delivery but all arrived well packaged.
The Festival Cups are great quality and exactly as expected.

Great selection however the Turnstile t shirt I ordered is of low quality and the neck label looks to have been removed. So question whether it is genuine. I would return but virtually impossible from the UK (not the stores fault I know)

My son enjoys this site for its wide range of band t-shirts, but as he's at that tricky in-between stage, the sizing is hit-and-miss and the quality often feels cheap. We ordered small adult sizes, but they didn’t fit, so we followed the return process outlined on the website.

The parcel was held at customs for over two weeks before eventually being returned to me in the UK. I contacted customer service repeatedly, only to receive dismissive replies—and at one point was even told to stop emailing because they were “very busy.”

After finally getting the t-shirts back, the company offered £10 towards the £16 return cost—but that refund never arrived. I’m still trying to recover the money and return the items, but now they’ve stopped responding entirely.

£100 down, and I will absolutely never use this company again.

They completely failed to deliver my order and ignored all of my messages for weeks. After waiting two months, I finally received a partial refund, less than what I originally paid. No explanation, no apology.

I live in Finland. And the Shipment was so fast with no further problems!
