Online modules were good
Online modules were good, comprehensive with knowledge checks to backup learning.
In person lectures there was just too much to take in.
The exams process was handled terribly. Not to know the time of the exam with less than two weeks to go is appalling.

The content of the course is excellent
The content of the course is excellent, and my exam day went OK despite the complex nature of taking the exam with all the checks. I have really enjoyed the course.
It has been stressful with submitting assignments and portals being updated, communication could have been better.

Small Animal Behaviour
Our lecturer made the course. Without her it wouldn't have been half as good.
Improve themselves were a little unorganised with poor communication.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this online program. My only dislike about it was the time difference, but there really isn't anything that can be done about that and I knew it when I started the program. I am very technically challenged and everyone was extremely helpful when question would arise.

The communication with students was poor, and now I have to take the exam 1 year after I'm done with the course.

If you can regurgitate pointless facts this is for you
The examination was designed to confuse. It clearly didn’t reflect the knowledge only the ability to regurgitate facts.The obscurity about the results and the inability to adapt to a different form of examination still amaze me. Don’t waste your money, having this cert won’t make you a better vet. I don’t rate these after my experience, it only shows you can memorise, not your ability to operate. I won’t put myself through this again.

All round poor experience
Poor organisation, date changes, failure to upload any learning material on time and had to be asked for multiple times, lack of support when asking questions.
The whole course is poorly set out, no one learns 2 days a week every other month for 1 year and then expected to take an exam at the end with no work/help/tasks in between. By the end of the year everything we learnt was gone. Needs to be exams after every module to help with learning styles. If we fail i’m not suprised as everything we have been physically taught is gone.
Good provision of lecture notes in physical booklets but constantly repeating themselves.
Wouldn’t recommend the course for value of money at all. The main lecturer was the only positive of the course as she provided way more than the course itself did.

Communication frustrations
Communication with the program was very difficult; I was not receiving important information regarding my case study, even a response when it was complete. I felt I was in the dark most of the course. It was also frustrating that after the modules were complete you could not ask the instructors questions.
