Little confusing on navigating your site to activate the keys. Maybe some images may help with those instructions.

I wasn't able to download my Steam key for a while, because of some "Page Not Found" error. Then, it was confusing to find the key because it was located under "Store", not "Library."

Hard to check out, annoying account system and spammed me after buying.

I paid the money and never received the game link. Sent email and had no reply .

I wanted to buy 2 games and about 5 dlc's. In the end only 1 game in my basket could be bought, because the other stuff was sold out. The other game and dlc is still being offered on the site as of this review, but shows only up as 'sold out' when you want to pay.

IndieGala is always a great and legitimate website to utilize for discount prices on Steam games. I've had a few hiccups in the past, but all were resolved within hours and the service and care provided is always excellent. Thanks for being a great and trustworthy business.

Buying the game was quick and easy at a good price

I like how the site not only has a number of ways to engage with the community and potentially get free games or find a good home for games i have duplicates of or don't want - the fact that i can trade keys or put them in a giveaway allows me to decide if i want to try to get something in exchange or just give the game away for some 'experience' to help me in winning giveaways in turn by accessing more exclusive tiers of giveaways determined by the poster and not Indiegala (and sometimes it's a matter of not wanting a key to go to waste rather than trying to trade) - but the website itself has a format i like. Everything is up front and accessible so I don't have to go digging through multiple pages for hidden or tucked away links. For example, with my recent purchase i clicked the link in the email, was taken to the sales page where the publisher I was interested in was immediately accessible, and was browsing that publisher's offerings in under a minute. Even from the main page I was able to find the same sales easily. Once I had selected what I wanted, completing the purchase was a breeze.
Sometimes on more prominent sites, even knowing that a particular sale is going on requires me to go to a search engine to find it because it's not featured on the front page or readily accessible, or frequently on multi-publisher sales there is no hub where links to each is available like it was on Indiegala, which impressed me.

All that to say that not only is the site easy to use, but it has provided a number of opportunities for me to connect with other gamers for the purpose of exchanging surplus keys or hopefully making a lucky person's day by putting up a giveaway, both things i have not seen other sites do.

Problems with paying in Philippines (via PayPal). It looked like it was paid, but it wasn't. Tried a couple of times. Only when I used a VPN the problem was solved
