I went to the infinity store in Clapham. There was a guy named Bob he was extremely rude & very bad customer service.
This isn’t the first time I have encountered this service from Bob.

Absolutely excellent place to purchase items for items for bikers, have ordered twice and have been extremely happy with my purchases and would highly recommend infinity motorcycles to anyone

Nothing but superb the order of the item was at a super price. The dispatch was 2nd to none and received well within the time parameters. Contact from the company was superb and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again or recommending them to others top-notch well done guys.

Infinity Motorcycles in York - I brought a Sheoi Neotec 3 & Sena SRL3 headset at the NEC in November and quickly found it to be faulty. Took it to Infinity in York today and they found the issue, replaced the speaker with one from a new headset and told me they would "sort it with Sena". Job done, no hassle or haggling. Not only did I get a brilliant deal on the helmet and headset at the NEC show, but the customer service, when things went wrong, was 100%. This is why i but my motorbike stuff from Infinity and not off the internet

The Berinsfield store, next to H Cafe just outside of Oxford is a small store but absolutely packed with clothing and accessories - we popped in to buy a Cardo Edge Duo set intercom, staff were very helpful as usual, and when we had an issue with one of the microphones they sorted it instantly with no fuss.
This level of customer service is typical of our many visits to the store.

I purchased a pair of RST Paragon 6 Heated gloves from Infinity motorcycles as my usual go to bike shop Sportsbike shop hadn't got my size. So the RST Paragon 6 Heated gloves failed in December. I sent them back to Infinity, who then sent them back to RST. I was then told a while later that I could have a replacement or credit ,I asked for a replacement,I was told they would be sent out to me ( 3rd Jan 25). On the 9th Jan I'd heard nothing,so I contacted them, only to be told they were now OOS and discontinued! So how long would it have been before I'd be informed of this if I hadn't got back in touch with them? The gloves were in stock on the 3rd January when I said I wanted a replacement, but apparently they went OOS, so why wasn't this chased up??? The weather is currently freezing and I'd explained how important the heated gloves were to me because of my arthritis & Raynaud's in my hands. If your job is to manage returns then you should manage them effectively and not leave your customers in the land of nowhere and having to chase the returns/replacements themselves. I was unsure using another company at the point of my initial purchase, I should of listened to my gut feeling. I have since ordered new gloves from the Sportsbike shop today and they will be arriving tomorrow.
When your hands are freezing cold to the point of pain and tears, hearing a " Sorry love" on the phone doesn't cut it.
P.S.. In reply to your reply, you told me those gloves had been DISCONTINUED, so you couldn't get anymore. You never had a short delay in getting some more.....

I have used their services in person and online for some years now and have always been please, BUT recently I have noticed issues/bugs with their online store such as not being able to remove items from basket, basket not updating or showing cost of items clearly and only being able to pay via paypal. All this happens even though I use different browsers on pc and mobile.

No problem with Infinity but don’t buy their Drift cameras. I’ve had nothing but trouble with mine and I’ve replaced it once already.

I purchased a TechAir10 vest from Infinity Motorcycles and due to an accident at home, I couldn't use it for for a long time. When I did use it it wasn't working. I informed Infinity Motorcycles and they told me that although it's out of warranty period by a couple of days, given that it has not been used (with the tag intact) they can send it back to Alpinestars and get it sorted. I thought that's really great customer service, but I was wrong.
First of all they sent the TechAir10 vest to Alpinestars 4 weeks after receiving it and it has been over 3 months since then and I haven't yet received it back.
When I ask them, i get the same answer every time "It will be with you as soon as we get it back".
End of the day you see how good or bad a company's customer service is only when things go wrong and in my case, Infinity Motorcycles have proven that their customer service is just ridiculous.
I will avoid them like a plague and will NOT recommend them to any of my biker friends.

I went to Infinity in Gloucester to look at an Arai helmet and Cardo headset. I’d been to Helmet City the previous day and been a bit disappointed with the service. Gloucester isn’t local to me but any excuse for a bike ride! It’s a shame the store is located where it is as it’s not a very nice looking area, and not very nice from the outside, but inside is great. I was greeted by Dionne a lovely friendly enthusiastic lady and a very nice man in the store (sorry didn’t get his name) I mostly dealt with Dionne but both were super. They had the size of helmet I needed in stock throughly checked the fit and ordered me the exact one I wanted from Southampton store. Unfortunately Southampton made a mistake and shipped it back to Gloucester (a bit disappointing) but Dionne apologised profusely for this (which wasn’t her mistake at all) and went above and beyond to sort it and I received the helmet next day. I really was impressed by the super service in Gloucester and won’t hesitate to return and recommend to my biking friends. Thank you

Woody at Infinity Motorcycles in Barrack Road, Christchurch, Dorset went beyond the call of duty when I popped in to ask for help & advice. He took the time to call businesses he knew personally to sort me out. Result: problem solved! I shall be back. I was impressed and very grateful. Now that’s what I call 5- star service. Thanks Woody!
