waste of time and money
if there were no stars I would choose it. Instructions are not clear at all. Since I don't have the French nationality, I had to use it to obtain a certificate with an official signature to confirm a change on INPI. It appeared to be an Italian company and the agent that handled the video identification had such a thick Italian accent that it was very hard to understand her instructions. Also the e-mails lacked correct information.
The desktop app I had to download to sign the certificate is not available in the Apple app store. The website was a disaster. Finally I managed to do it BUT it was nowhere mentioned that I had to download the document, sign it (how if you have no printer??) and upload it again. Just that it would be signed with the help of a code.
In the end, I received a contract but not a signed document. I can't login again, I get a message that authentication failed. I wrote to the helpdesk. No answer. Their customer service number is paid. So I lost 30 euros and loads of time and energy. And still can't validate my inpi procedure

New APP
I have been using the InfoCert remote signature for several years and have never had a problem with it. Recently, InfoCert released a new version of the desktop app, and the installation process was a little tricky at first. After a few requests, they kindly contacted me, even though I live abroad, and helped me with the installation over the phone. The app is now perfectly functioning again.

Save yourself the trouble.
I bought the digital signature solution. The verification process took more than 2 hours (not 5 mins as stated).
The process is complicated and unclear. The ios desktop installer is corrupted. And when I try to log in on my phone it says I don't have any active services, despite having activated everything they sent me. I have tried to raise a ticket but even that doesn't work. The bots are unable to help and there is no one to talk to.
