Their website doesn’t work on the iPad.
When you try to search for availability, it brings up a prompt to select your date then when you click on it, you just get thrown back to the resort page. If you have a search result from the home page, you can’t view availability or book a trip. This is in Safari or Chrome on a new iPad with up to date iOS.

We all had an amazing time with Inghams and we all felt well looked after.
Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Great range of ski resorts and accommodation and pricing. Staff at the resort are very customer focussed and friendly. Good quality accommodation and food.

My son and his partner recently returned from a Lapland holiday booked with Inghams. The whole experience was amazing. The staff, both in the UK and in Finland were outstanding. They could not stop saying how thrilled they were with the whole holiday. Well done to this wonderful company

Absolutely fantastic holiday with Innghams Ski to Val DSiere. Perfect accommodation, location, ski instructors best ever, rep continously on hand to answer questions, excellent value for money. Package as described and all in place. They even sorted the sunshine for us :l😀

Chalet Arktic Tignes - we had an amazing holiday!! Great chalet with a brilliant host team. Easy walk to the lift for excellent skiing.

What an absolute delight! Having done self catering ski holidays for five years, it was a huge delight and pleasure to book through Inghams and leave all the details to them! Everything was beyond our expectations when we had our holiday at the start of December 2025, and so we returned to Chalet Corniche in February 2026. From the moment the chalet staff stepped up to help us carry our luggage into the chalet we knew it was going to be a special week. Aaron, the chalet manager, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - a gem of an employee. All the staff were wonderful and they remembered small details so we didn’t have to ask twice. Chalet Corniche is perfectly located for access to the slopes and the town. The rooms are large, quiet and the views from the balconies are magnificent. Inghams has chosen to use good quality linen and towels, glass wear and cutlery. Everything feels and looks sustainable and a bit special. The food was fantastic on both our holidays. It is really something to come in from skiing and have freshly made cakes, a constant supply of hot drinks and then an imaginative three or four course meal every day. We felt as though we had our own private chef in our home. Many years ago, on a chalet holiday, the wine would be served in a karafe and be very cheap and nasty. Here, with Inghams, we had an explanation of each delicious wine and the food it would complement and the bottles were opened at the table. Again, it was a touch that elevated each meal. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of choices and set us up perfectly for a whole day of skiing. In fact, we absolutely could not believe the value for money. We hardly had to spend any money during the whole week because the chalet had everything we needed. Tignes is an incredible resort that has never let us down and we were blessed with six days of blue skies so we were very happy skiers. The whole holiday was wonderful and deserves five stars.

Excellent holiday in an amazing family run hotel and advice given by reps with everything never a problem, I’d recommend Inghams to anyone after using other ski holiday providers before and receiving this level of service I don’t think I’ll return to other travel providers!

We stayed at Chalet le Cedre Blanc and had a weeks skiing in Méribel. Becca and Tristan both were excellent hosts, perfect weather helped, we had a great time.

Fantastic holiday in Levi, Finland with Inghams. Couldn’t fault the flights, transfers to and from the hotel and the excursion we paid extra for, would recommend if you’re looking for a holiday in Lapland, definitely book with Inghams

I’ve travelled with Inghams to Levi / Yllas nearly a dozen times. The experience this time was mostly good, excellent reps, and a reasonable stay at the Crazy Reindeer (a bit dated, good inclusive buffet, friendly staff). The bewildering part is why Inghams stop their season in mid February. By far the best part of the season for skiing is late Feb and March - snow sure downhill conditions, perfect cross-country ski tracks and far better weather conditions. There is a good case to say that Levi is the best cross-country resort in the world, and it’s madness not to capitalise on this. Many customers on our bus to the airport had coughs from the temperatures (between -18C and -25C), which wouldn’t be a problem in March. In future I will travel independently but would be happy to travel with Inghams again, if they extend their season.

Added - thanks Natalie. I genuinely believe there is a great opportunity for Inghams here. When I spoke to the rep they said it was because there was weak demand - if there is, I’d suggest this is a marketing issue, not a customer demand issue. Yes, it’s a great Christmas / Santa / mid-winter destination, but you need to make more of the later season’s prospects for the brilliant skiing - there’s no reason not to target both.
