Horrendous Customer Support

I ordered a mousepad back in February and have no received it. I have reached out to support many times over the last 7 months with no response at all, despite the company still sending out promotional emails. I find this practice incredibly frustrating and shady. I would strongly recommend finding another retailer. My experience with inked gaming has been unreliable, disconnected, and disappointing.

Bankrupcy

Site and product was great in the past. But my order in Novemeber has never been shipped and no one resopnds to customer service emails. Googling the company it appears they filled for bankrupcy in Feb, fired almost all employees yet the site is still up. The suggestion is they are gone but still taking your money.

Just don't... go anywhere else.

Order placed 11/15/25. Estimated delivery of 12/1. As of today 12/5, no response to 4 emails, two text conversations and their phone number is disconnected. Textbook breach of contract and consumer fraud.

Called my CC company today to file a dispute. Just don't....

I anyone from this "company" actually reads this, order 484546 - ship it.

No Communication/order missing

I ordered a playmat in July and it still hasn’t come in. It’s Thanksgiving. I have asked for a refund and have not been responded to at ALL. It’s disrespectful to take my money and not tell me anything about my order. I never leave bad reviews, but I can’t keep going on without this being said.

First time I have ever been scammed…

First time I have ever been scammed online. Don’t order from this company. I don’t understand why they are still in business. Me and a lot of other people have not received their orders (for me it’s been a year now, so I don’t have much hope to get anything ever). And they are ignoring all mails and communication. If you don’t want to get scammed, don’t trust inkedgaming

I ordered a custom mat in October

I ordered a custom mat in October, I was informed the order was delayed. I have since sent several emails, used the bot on the website ans tried contact anyway i can think with no response. I am unable yo request a refund and fear i am out $118. I would not recommend this company unless I received even a courtesy email back.

The customer service is non existent

The customer service is non existent. Even if they make a good playmate, customer service is more important to me than the quality of the product. I never write review but I had to in this case to warn others this company is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid - Bankrupt

I cannot recommend this company. Ordered a game mat, BEFORE I learned they were in Bankruptcy. They reached out to me NOT to cancel, so I gave them a chance. NEVER received my order. Order from them at your own risk.

Just robbed me of $40 bucks. Order has been stuck in limbo for a month no. Several emails were sent to support with zero response. Payment already cleared the bank. Just sad. Don't risk it.

Great quality, but extremely long delivery time and poor communication

I ordered a custom mousepad in March, and it finally arrived six months later. The quality of the mousepad itself is excellent — well-made and exactly as designed — but the wait time and lack of updates were very frustrating.

Throughout the entire process, I received almost no clear information about my order’s status. I was told several times that it would ship “within a few weeks,” but it ended up taking months.

A note for EU customers: be aware that you have to pay additional import and customs fees upon delivery. For me it was an extra 40 euro's

This is a scam, don’t Order, you’ll Lose Your Money

I placed an order three months ago and have heard absolutely nothing since. No shipping update, no response to multiple emails, and no refund even after I cancelled a month ago. I even paid for their so-called delivery guarantee (1 $) which turned out to be completely useless.

Customer support? Nonexistent. They just ignore you. The only thing they seem to care about now is replying to bad Trustpilot reviews instead of actually fixing the problems.

After digging a bit online, it looks like they have gone bankrupt, yet they are still happily taking orders and money from people without shipping anything. This is not a delay, it is straight-up deception.

They used to be a trusted company. Now it is just a scam, plain and simple. Avoid Inked Gaming at all costs.

They don't respond to emails

I placed an order with them, but accidentally put in the wrong shipping address. I emailed them to change it multiple times over the course of 2 months, with absolutely no response from them. Eventually, I decided that they just wouldn't honor the purchase. I sent them more emails asking to cancel the order, also with no responses. I purchased from another website (idgaming.co.uk) and then after I received my order from id gaming, I finally got a notification that my inked gaming shipment was being sent. At some point during this whole situation, I put in a chargeback with my bank. Because they ended up delivering it, the chargeback was denied, so now I'm stuck with trying to return it and getting a 50% restocking fee. Absolutely do not buy from them, they are a terrible company.

No Longer a Reputable Seller

This may have once been a company that made legitimate accessories but now they are a defunct scam site. Their advertised turnaround time is blatantly false and worse yet there is no communication, except for automated spam emails. Their support chatbot is not hooked up to anything so you can quite literally never get help, emailing them leads to no answers, and there is no call number. Do not give them your money or it will disappear into a void.

This is no longer a legitimate business

Similar to another poster, I also placed an order on June 9. It has sat in 'unfulfilled' status since. Despite multiple emails, chats, and other attempts to contact Inked Gaming, I have had zero response. After status questions went unanswered, I started requesting a refund. Still no communication back, in over 3 months. I consider my money stolen at this point.

I placed an Order in JUNE!!
I placed an order for a gift in JUNE! It is now nearly the middle of september. The website says that there is a 8 week process on the custom mats, which feels excessive but whatever. it is now 11 weeks in. I am pissed off to no end. There has been 0 communication, nothing from their website, facebook, emails, nothing. I'm so terriibly upset. This is so unacceptable. I jut wnated to getm y friend a custom playmat. Not deal with this bullshit....
