When I ordered with them it was a custom MTG mat for my growing discord server. The product came out great. Everyone was thrilled about it. They may have misstepped over the last year. But if they say they are rebuilding and fixing it. I believe them. Give them a chance because they can make great products. They have done it before.

My order arrived quickly and safely packaged. The playmats are great quality and the images were clean with vibrant colors that really pop.
Their playmat bags are also nicely stitched and are made from a nice tough material. Absolutely worth the money if you are looking for something unique and tailored to your interests!

Ordered a custom game mat. Delivery was delayed, but was worth the wait. The colors were vibrant and the image sharp. I am excited to use it on our next charity board game stream.

Inked Gaming recently asked for a review to help rebuild trust. Unfortunately, I can’t in good faith leave a positive one. My order took far too long to arrive—despite placing it over 2.5 months before Christmas, it still didn’t show up in time. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I reached out multiple times for updates and received little to no helpful information in return. No proactive status updates, no sense of urgency. It felt like once they had my money, I was on my own. Buyer beware—especially if you're ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

Good communication and variety of product

They have made me a few playmats. Not the fastest shipping but the playmats always come out great give them a shot you will love your playmat.

Even when Inked Gaming was having trouble, they still helped get me the best quality playmats out there! I had placed my order for the holidays, three different mats, and during the delays, we had an unexpected move. The team at inked gaming was able to get my order to me before our move and the products were still the best I’ve seen!

If you see a lot of reviews together it's because Ink Gaming sent out a news letter begging for positive reviews, so don't be fooled.
Customer service is horrible and they consistently lie about shipping and where your order is. They sated two weeks shipping and after about a month I had to beg to get a refund. Just go to Amazon and get a custom mat printed there. It's cheaper and faster.

The mats have always come in at a reasonable time, and have held up well with the use they get.

I would rate 5 stars but it did take alittle longer to get my product. HOWEVER, it was worth the wait. Excellent made product by a small company. Communication was great when questions about my product were brough up. I will definitly do business with them again.

Ordered a few mats for my group of friends. Though it did take longer then expected, it was communicated clearly that it would be delayed and gave updates along the way. The mats came looking clean and seemed to be well made and so far it is the only mat I'm using. Will be ordering again.

I’ve been ordering inked gaming mats for a while now and I am nothing but pleased. Communication was always there, the company was completely transparent and the products are stellar!!! The wait was worth it during the holidays!

They let individuals use AI for their "art" on their playmats

I used to be a loyal customer of Inked for near a decade.
Then, as I was about to place yet another order, I noticed that like alot of companies, they insulted every artist by incorporating AI slop and even had the gall to charge for the "privelage".

Inked Gaming will never have my support again, and I have since found more local supplier of custom mats with better printing quality and cheaper prices.

I've never had troubles other than high volume delays which were always clearly communicated.

I and my friends have dozens of custom mats between us. It is now tradition to bring new players in and get them their own custom mat based on their interests.

My main mat which I have used regularly over more than a decade now is still incredibly vibrant. If it's faded, it is difficult to tell.
