From a review of the notes in the order i can see that we needed to establish if the product was at fault so we asked you to re-inset the old drum unit to see if the black line down the middle of the page goes which it did. We have therefore arranged for a collection of the faulty product and a replacement. Both to be actioned on the same day. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Quick response to ordering
After problems of cartridges not being accepted by our printer, we returned it for a refund and ordered a new one. This one fitted without any problems. Speedy delivery reduced the printer downtime.

Unreliable on delivery
Ordered on 06/03/26 paid extra for delivery, I was suppose to be receiving by Monday 09/03/26 but nothing received yet. delivery was free if delivered 2-3 working days. Seems very unreliable.

Internet states 99+ in stock but actually out of stock!
States on their website they had 99+ of the ink I wanted, so I ordered. Got an email stating they were out of stock. Requested to cancel order and to be given a refund. The following day stated they had now sent. I had asked for a refund, you should have honoured this. I had bought successfully elsewhere and even cheaper! Won’t be buying from them again.

Faulty ink toner
Faulty ink toner, tried for ages to get refund or replacement, sent photos, printer status etc. Eventually decided it wasn't worth the hassle when they also demanded a printed report.
