They have offered my so much support with everything and been super responsive too. Would like to see more items soon such as more options for trousers etc at a more affordable price but other than that they are the best I’ve worked with 👍🏻

Great company.

Super smooth getting set up and they have a great team that are willing to help you with any queries, Matt has been helping me and he's been great.

The service is also great, it’s super easy to navigate the website and place orders, and the turnaround time is fast.

The quality of the dtg prints is also high quality, and they have plenty of high quality blanks to.

I would definitely recommend them.

I had a query about an order, and Em promptly helped me via online chat. This is my first order and I'm excited to work with Inkthreadable in the coming months as the product range, delivery time and customer support are excellent.

I placed an order however there was a misunderstanding with the print and em be orderly for the sweatshirts. Mary was kind enough to email me to check I had ordered correctly. Turns out through fault of my own it was incorrect but had already been processed. She contacted the relevant department for me to get the order corrected. Lovely manner, very polite and professional! Thank you so much Mary!!

I was really disappointed with Inkthreadable’s service. After being let down by Printful, I was hoping to find a high-quality print-on-demand provider, but Inkthreadable fell short of expectations.

Their formatting options for greeting card designs are very limited. You cannot move the print on the back of the card at all - it’s fixed to a small space at the top, which is frustrating. Additionally, their system seems primarily geared toward portrait cards. While you can upload a landscape design and rotate it, the reverse print remains formatted for portrait orientation. This means on a landscape card, the back print ends up awkwardly positioned - off-center and potentially upside down, depending on your logo.

This lack of flexibility in basic design functionality is unacceptable for a service positioning itself as a high-quality provider. For a company with a name like "Inkthreadable," I expected better, but unfortunately, they’re far from incredible.

Excellent customer service! I was a little unsure of my design and how it might turn out, but Em on the online chat was super helpful and even edited my image for me to improve it for printing. I can’t wait to see how the Christmas tea towels turn out! :)

so I had previously ordered custom design t-shirts from aliexpress and a company called streetshirts, both were terrible quality, they felt like they had a piece of plastic attached to the t-shirts..
I looked into how POD designs were done, I thought 'sublimation' was what I needed so I emailed Inkthreadable asking if they did sublimation, they replied saying I'd be better going for DTG, so I took their advice, ordered a couple of t-shirts, they arrived and I was definitely impressed, these feel like part of the fabric, similar to standard printed t-shirts you find in shops.. thanks to Mary at Inkthreadable for the fast replies

Been using INK for 8plus years now,even simole things when it comes to changing orders when made a mistake ,the variety of items too they have is great,the staff are wonderful M included,just great to work woth and thie DTG is great,hopefully they'll expand more into coats and adult jackets they do everything else,only thing I wish they had is a save for later type of basket but they even said they'll look into this,8 plus years me and Ink have been toghether...and the relationship is getting stronger.

T shirt order was excellent quality. There was an issue with the express delivery company they used (DX) as their label didn't have my name on it, so it was delivered to my work address but it wasn't passed on to me. This led to a missed deadline and was very stressful. However Mary at inkthreadable was extremely helpful chasing up the package with the courier to try and find where it was and cannot fault their customer service. Have just reordered some more T shirts. Would highly recommend this company but would choose royal mail as a delivery option. 5 stars from me.

I have been using Inkthreadable for quite a while now and while there is definitely room for improvement, it's the best one for drop-shipping in the UK. The chat support is always fairly responsive and helpful. The things I would like to see improved is perhaps a slightly wider range of products (some more unique and gimmicky stuff).

I have been really impressed with the customer service I receive from Inkthreadable; Em especially has been a real help to me and my Etsy store. Orders are being shipped really quickly at the moment which is wonderful. Thank you =)

I like the fact that they are a UK based company and that they have great customer service. They also have a good range of products, which offer a good balance of quality and price.
There was an issue with one of my orders and when I reported it they got back to me quickly and arranged for a new item to be created and sent to me (they even gracefully accommodated an additional change I wanted to the product).

Very grateful for the personal service from Em from initial enquiry to product order. Seamless process which included bespoke prints and sizes for a small MOQ. Will be back with bigger projects soon!

I'm about to open my Etsy shop, which will be linked with Inkthreadable. In the lead up to the opening, I've had all sorts of questions and concerns, but Em Wignall at Inkthreadable has been a massive help, always kind and answering my questions swiftly. I feel really supported through, what could've been, a stressful process. I'm very grateful to Em, for all her help.

I'm yet to see the quality of my samples, so this review may alter if the product doesn't match the service. However, I was so compelled to write a positive review due to how brilliant Em was with her responses to my queries - quick, informative and helpful. Can't ask for more. Can't wait to see what the products look like now.
