InMotion Chat = Real People like Eric

InMotion has the best chat support 24/7. It's real folks every time. They have a searchable help database (which is terrific) but InMotion doesn't use AI or bots to manage chat. You get in line, you get a tech. For oddball problems, basic questions or security issues their Chat is fantastic. I had a cPanel email that looked fishy and my tech not only tracked down the email (legit) but explained the issue and removed the problem so I would stop getting notified for something that was essentially an artifact from earlier builds. I've been with them for years and find their entire company to be focused on their clients having a successful experience regardless of size or tech expertise.

Problem solved!

The support team solved my problem—as they always do. And they speak, read, and understand English. I'br been with several hosting companies in the past, and in 2007, I discovered InMotion and never looked back. Incredible uptime, very friendly people, what's there not to like? Highly recommended.

WHH, is D best in D market!

WHH, has been a consistent provider of excellence in; service and reasonable pricing. My biggest concern with on-line hosting space provider was the bad customer service until, we found WHH, so we never looked back. 17 years with WHH, and could not recommend anything else! Great Job!

The Hosting solution to go to if you want your troubles to go away

I had a hosting package with A2 Hosting for almost 6 years. Once they were "absorbed" by Hosting.com, things went absolutely downhill. No more chat support, ticket resolution took several hours, whenever something happened, the chances of me figuring out the issue using ChatGPT or Google and correcting it myself were greater than the likelihood of them even finding the root cause. To say I was fed up was an understatement.

Enter InMotion Hosting to save me from all the madness I was suffering (for starters, I had 8 websites hosted with the current "hosting nightmare"). After purchasing the hosting package with them, and being reassured that I have 90 days with a money-back guarantee, my main concern was migrating all those websites over, with the minimal possible downtime. If you've done this before, you know it's rarely a zero-trouble experience.

Then again, InMotion Hosting - specifically Dakota P - was the saving grace. I put in the request for the Launch Assist (how they call their migration service, which was free with the purchase), and when I received the first email from him about the migration starting, it was ALL smooth sailing. I had requested to migrate the smaller websites and leave the behemoth one apart, but lo and behold, he did all the small ones, and after I verified everything and changed the DNS nameservers for them, I hesitantly asked about the big one, and he started working on it right away.

Seldom in the technology world are you able to find people who are genuinely helpful and willing to walk the extra mile for you. Dakota did so for me and then some, and so far InMotion Hosting has been the migraine pill that makes all my hosting headaches go away
