Help with cloning website from test to live

The first time I reached out, the representative said they couldn't help me and gave me a link to clone the website myself. I tried and could not figure out what to do so I reached out a second time. I was transferred from regular support to Technical Support and the representative was extremely polite and happily helped me get the website cloned and fixed the errors that occurred. I greatly appreciate the help!

I have been with InMotion Hosting for…

I have been with InMotion Hosting for app 15 yrs. Had a few challenges along the way, that have all been fixed promptly.

Recently, I was trying to change something on my site and not being a computer programmer I did something that took the website offline doh.

Reached out to InMotion with that what have I done ? Help!!
I was helped by three people there , Richard,Ned and Eric who besides my incompetence remained calm and polite and got my website back up ASAP.
This is my first review on Trust Pilot, yet after 15yrs of great service, time to acknowledge InMotion for their great service and customer care.

Past maybe 8 years I have only had kinda negative experiences with this hosting company, but I've kept quiet about it.
In the past meaning- I reached out to this hosting company for Website Support.
In the past meaning- I was seeking an entire website re-build.
In the past meaning- I was denied help with your web development link.
In the past meaning-I was shot down reaching for help with *Captcha.
Credit to Your employees on the phone were always Friendly, never Rude.
The ending conversation was *Always these phrases-- We Cant | We Dont | Sorry | Cant Help You | Find a Third Party
Many phone calls with your people only led to a Dead End, yet your employees were always kind and courteous, but
the common denominator was always a Fail.
We are just a small customer and you'll never know that we are gone.
At this time, we are considering migrating away from your online services.
Your rates are too high as well..
NO TECH SUPPORT
NO CUSTOMER CARE
NO BILLING SUPPORT
Only Employees whom provide answer response with Little to No Value and The Cycle Resumes!

InMotion Chat = Real People like Eric

InMotion has the best chat support 24/7. It's real folks every time. They have a searchable help database (which is terrific) but InMotion doesn't use AI or bots to manage chat. You get in line, you get a tech. For oddball problems, basic questions or security issues their Chat is fantastic. I had a cPanel email that looked fishy and my tech not only tracked down the email (legit) but explained the issue and removed the problem so I would stop getting notified for something that was essentially an artifact from earlier builds. I've been with them for years and find their entire company to be focused on their clients having a successful experience regardless of size or tech expertise.

WHH, is D best in D market!

WHH, has been a consistent provider of excellence in; service and reasonable pricing. My biggest concern with on-line hosting space provider was the bad customer service until, we found WHH, so we never looked back. 17 years with WHH, and could not recommend anything else! Great Job!
