From unboxing to losing the drone in a deep forest crash... Insta360 always surprises me! Their attention to the tiniest details and incredible customer support are unmatched. No other company or product even comes close to their level of excellence!

Easy to use.

Using it for travel footage mostly. Reframing in the app works well enough for my purposes. I'm not a pro editor and it didn't need me to be. So far, so good.

Perfect warranty service

Had a failure on my insta 360. After registration I got a label to send camera to inspection. Good and friendly communication with the team. Some days later I received a new insta with an additional little beach-bag for free- Perfect service.

Took it up to Algonquin last month Cold...

Took it up to Algonquin last month. Cold didn't affect the battery as badly as I expected, though it does drain quicker than at room temp, which is fair. No major issues beyond that. Worked as well in the backcountry as in the front yard.

Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could, Taufik is a lying piece of crap, he’s done nothing but procrastinate my situation for 4 months, still hasn’t resolved my issue, sent me wrong adapter then told me I’m out of luck and can’t do anything for me including my money back. Basically telling me they are robbing me which is the same reason the company is getting taken to court and sued! He goes on to tell me I’m going to be receiving a brand new x5 for all the issues just for that to be another lie. Manager called me saying they wanna give me a refurbished camera and can’t even tell
Which kind, they know you need an SD card to use camera and act like they don’t want to include it. This is all because I needed a mic adapter for my camera for better audio because the one rs twin audio is completely junk!!!! Showed them websites with the adapter available to buy and send to me refused to do so, asked for money back refused to do so. You guys claim to be so for your customers and helping us out but this simple little process of just sending me a new working camera or ordering the adapter and sending it me to turning this whole deal into a lawsuit and 4 months later and I’m still waiting for a realistic resolution!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Don’t waste your time or money they don’t appreciate the customers, products, or what the “company stands for” just in it for the money and honestly think they get more please and enjoyment seeing us customers stressed out and upset then they do happy and satisfied. Tagged this lame company in all social media posts giving them clout, business etc just to get disrespected and left in the dust in return. Managers are just as bad as the customer service reps they got working here. See you guys in court

Insta 360 luna does not work

I came here because trust pilot does not let you pay to remove honest customer reviews

I bought the camera and was using it and honestly, these features are cool, but this must be a joke, the camera has 4 hours of battery but cant film for 10 minutes without over hearing, absolutely terrible, it’s not worth it, it’s a toy, they deleted my amazon review because it was a bad review.

I have had every single insta 360 camera since they started making cameras, all of their 360 cameras even the RS1

I have the x5 and its amazing but the luna
Has been the biggest disappointed for me as a customer, the idea is great but rushing a camera to the market, pricing it as high as 800$ and delivering a camera that can’t film past 10 minutes in a indoor environment at 70 degrees is a joke

The camera gets very hot and stops working

There is no zoom tracking like in their phone gimbal

Face tracking is not good, any other face that it sees it jumps to it

No way to go live

No way to use it as a webcam

Dji just sued them, so this camera might be a one time thing that will stop soon and lose support

An 850$ risk

Why are companies so sly !!

Why are companies so sly !!! Bought a insta 360
.. automatically on checkout free gift 200 GB count storage for six months
Then last week £30 .00 take out of my account, I never asked for it , never used it … & of course try to cancel it … impossible!! tricking customers into offering something free and then you are signed up unknowingly they continue taking money out of your account

To clarify, the 200GB cloud storage included with your purchase is provided as a ‘free subscription trial’ for a limited period. Once the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless it is canceled before the renewal date.

The cancellation method depends on where the subscription was originally activated:

* If it was subscribed through the Apple App Store, it must be managed and canceled through your Apple subscription settings.
* If it was subscribed through the Insta360 App, it can be managed and canceled within the app.

They really help !

They take care of their customers. Truly! I can attest to this. Replaced a lost camera and stick. Pretty quickly too once purchase was verified. I can do business with anyone who’s willing to truly help especially after money has been spent. That’s normally when people stop caring. Not Insta360. Job well done.

Deceptive VAT scam and fraudulent…

Deceptive VAT scam and fraudulent shipping practices! Beware! This company is using a highly deceptive and fraudulent invoicing scheme for EU customers.
​When I purchased a camera from their official website, they charged me the full amount including 20% EU VAT (€46.50), promising hassle-free delivery. However, they secretly issued two completely different invoices. The customer invoice shows VAT was collected, but the official shipping invoice sent to FedEx was marked as "CIP" (Carriage and Insurance Paid), meaning VAT was NOT paid to the customs!
​They attempted to force me to double-pay the taxes at the border and handle the customs clearance myself, effectively pocketing the VAT I already paid them. When I caught them and refused the delivery, they panicked and tried to pay the fees to FedEx 5 days late, but it was too late.
​The package is now returning , and I have initiated a chargeback with my bank. Total scammers! Avoid purchasing directly from their website—use local EU distributors instead. "Suckers360" at its finest.
To insta 360:I actually really wanted this go 3s retro bundle and was looking forward to using it, but you ruined the whole experience with your scam.
It sucks to be on the receiving end, doesn't it?🤏
"Thank you for confirming publicly that all customs clearance and duties within the EU must be covered by you (the seller) and that I should not bear any charges.
​However, your logistics team shipped my package under CIP terms, which directly forced Bulgarian Customs to demand that I pay the 20% VAT all over again, even though you already charged me €46.50 for VAT at checkout! This is double taxation and a direct breach of your own policy.
